The dealership and Randy were so helpful to me in purchasing my Jeep Wrangler. First of all, the negotiation process was very pleasant (conducted via e-mail) and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. Once we had agreed to a final price for the vehicle Randy even offered to pay gas and hotel for my wife and I to travel to Edmonton from Calgary to pick up the vehicle. In the end this was not needed as Randy drove/delivered the vehicle to Calgary for me as part of the agreed deal. This in its self was amazing. Note: final purchase was pending a test drive here in Calgary and my total satisfaction with the vehicle at that time. Immediatly after finalizing the deal here in Calgary and within minutes of Randy having headed back to Edmonton I noted the side wall of the spare tire had been slashed with what apppeared to have been a knife. I notified Randy immediatly and without any hesitation he agreed to replace the tire at no cost to me. Wow!!!! Best vehicle purchase experience ever. Jeremy in financing was super, explaining all the little details and helping us choose the right type of financing for our situation. He knows loans!! The whole buying experience was terrific in fact we were surprised by Moose when we made our offer to purchase and shortly thereafter, he handed us the keys for our brand new truck! The financing department was closed for the night and things weren't quite finalized, but that didn't stop Moose from making this the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had! More
