Absolute best all around dealership I have ever visited. I was in a pinch and needed to get a fair trade-in value for my vehicle. After visiting two other dealerships who were essentially insulting, I thou I was in a pinch and needed to get a fair trade-in value for my vehicle. After visiting two other dealerships who were essentially insulting, I thought I would try Crosstown based on a recommendation - what a difference a dealership makes. Right from the get go, Mr. Farid Fadaie was a no xx guy when I told him what I was hoping for and he worked hard to get it. After a deal was struck (in an amazingly short period of time - none of this wait 2 hours while I consult my manager crap) I was dealing with Mr. Mario Liberona and if you can find a truly better, down to earth guy in the car industry I will be shocked and I am the world's biggest cynic. Bottom line is, I visited Crosstown with a great deal of trepidation but drove away with a trade in that suited my needs at a price within my range. This will be my first stop when I shop for my next vehicle (I have vehicle ADD) and at the very least, know they will be straight up with me without wasting my time. 5 star rating based on my experience.
