Its been 6 months and since winter has begun...I found myself calling Crosstown to bid my disappointment.. Kayam to the rescue, he found a vehicle that suited me and my lifestyle..he brought it around for a test drive, allowed me to play with the vehicle and make sure it worked for me..although I remained skeptical they allowed me to take it home, allowed me to ponder the decision.. As of 6 hours ago, I am the proud owner of a 2014 Jeep Compass, the mini me version of the Cherokee. Am I pleased?..you betcha.. Crosstown is more than that particular salesman..its a team of associates from Kayam, to financing, to Management they worked hard to make it happen for me. we're talking 2 vehicles in 1 yr..that's difficult with excellent credit..imagine how hard they had to work to make it happen for my average income. My only regret was NOT letting Kayam do his job on my 1st Crosstown purchase.. My advice to anyone looking to purchase used or new.. BE OPEN MINDED..Let the Sales personal do their jobs..this is what they do. BE OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS..they will find the vehicle that suits your needs... Find that person that works for your happiness..I recommend Crosstown, I recommend Kayam. Much respect & Thanks Christina More

My husband and I purchased a new 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from Crosstown at the beginning of November. We really enjoyed our experience at the dealership. Even though the truck was mostly for my husband our salesman, Al Dewan, went out of his way to make sure that I understood and felt comfortable with the vehicle as well. Al was very knowledgeable about the product and very personable. He was always laughing and joking with us which was a nice change from the usual high-pressure sales push that many dealerships/salesmen have. We felt like Al truly cared about getting us a vehicle that would suit us both. We had a few things added to the truck and Al made sure to keep us in the loop as to how much everything would cost, how long it would take, and when it could be done. We appreciated that he was flexible enough to work with both of our schedules to get these done. He also followed up with us a few weeks afterwards to make sure that the truck was working for us and to answer any of our questions. Superb Service!!! I am not a big fan of online survey. The only thing that made me do this is because of the customer service of Mark. I know Mark when he is still working at Apple store. He recommended me a vehicle that best suited to my needs and budget. At the end of the day, I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler. Mark is not a typical sales person you met on a daily basis, he builds rapport and connects with the customer. Mark is always there for you from beginning to end of the sales. He wants to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle I purchased. Its just like the same customer service I get from Apple but more money to spend. Brittany also explain to me the warranties and insurance of the vehicle. I will highly recommend Crosstown Auto Centre and Mark to my Friends and Family!!! More

When i first drove in to crosstown i was only looking that day and i met Danny outside and he was very helfull and nolageble about not only his product but alot more. At the end of the day i had no presure to buy but i new i would not go any other place and 90 per of that was because Danny and others made me feel like i could always return if i ever had a problem and to me that said it all. You always made sure our family felt comfortable and we always had pleasant conversations over the phone/ and in person. There was never a question that Jerry nor Paul (PB) couldn't answer and they always made sure we received the best! I highly recommend Jerry and PB when going to crosstown, if you have kids they would love the play area as well as the BBQ and donuts! But most of all you would love the customer service! Went into Crosstown Autos looking to trade up from a car to a truck, not really knowing what to expect. I had done some searching online and found a truck that I wanted to take a look at.
