Kayam was especially understanding of my personal situation and worked with me to make the deal a reality. In financing, it was a pleasure to deal with Joy G. who explained all my options in detail, answered my many questions with much knowledge ,and did so with a cheerful smile! Overall, my experience with Crosstown was excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone! More

I popped into Crosstown to look for a Fiat Abarth Cabrio that I thought I found on their website. The Fiat side of the dealership seems very underutilized, but there were a few cars to look at inside. The that I thought I found on their website. The Fiat side of the dealership seems very underutilized, but there were a few cars to look at inside. There was a sales rep looking after an elderly couple, however he excused himself and left the Fiat side of the dealership, which I found odd. Another sales rep by the name of Ashton walked passed me, and promptly turned around to greet me. I let Ashton know that there was a specific car that I was looking for and was curious about a specific detail. I now know that Ashton specializes in used vehicles, but at the time he seemed pretty frazzled trying to answer my question. He quickly turned me over to Farid, whom Ashton identified as the Sales Manager. I let Farid know that I was doing some preliminary shopping for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, the car I had viewed on the website was not actually available at this dealer, and the exact car I wanted looked to be very hard to procure. Farid offered to search for the car. He took down all the pertinent information regarding the car I was seeking, and we made an appointment to view the car that evening when my girlfriend was available. Ashton thoughtfully called and texted me to confirm our meeting, something I appreciated. Upon our return, Ashton and Farid were readily available, and for the most part gave us their undivided attention. The car we were seeking was supposedly not available in the city, but Farid assured us he could have the car ready for delivery the following day, coming from Calgary. We later found out the car was in fact local. I understand the tactic, since you do not want to lose a sale to a dealer across town, however, I feel they should be confident enough in their service and pricing, but this is a small detail that didn't sour the transaction. I feel their sales approach is a little "old school" but to be honest I didn't feel overly pressured, and the whole negotiating process was very fast and fairly painless. I feel we overpaid a bit, but in the end we got the car we wanted in a very timely manner. We were told to wait 15 minutes for the finance manager, however, we were left waiting for 45 minutes. It seemed that Farid and Ashton had left for the evening, and we slipped between the cracks. When we finally did meet Jeremy, he was extremely apologetic and very friendly. Unfortunately he was suffering from a rare migraine, and was having extreme difficulty entering numbers into the computer and explaining the terms and conditions of our financing. The following night when we picked up the car, he came back (off shift) to fill in the blanks from the night before. He was very personable, friendly, and not pushy at all. I recently purchased a Toyota truck, and the business manager there can learn a lot from Jeremy. He let us know how we could save money by lowering our total cost of borrowing, and how that would include a service plan. Overall I am very pleased with Crosstown, and will no doubt refer anyone looking for a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Fiat product their way. Ashton was very friendly, if not a bit nervous. Both Farid and Ashton could use some product knowledge training on the Fiat line, however I am a bit of a car aficionado, and probably have more useless car knowledge locked away in my memory. I can't speak to the rest of the sales staff, as some of them seemed very unprofessional in their actions on the sales floor (slapping xxxxx, flirting, etc). Crosstown deserves a 4.5 - 5 star rating from me. More

The Moose turned the worst car purchasing experience of my life into the best! This was our fifth purchase of a Dodge and prior to coming into Crosstown and meeting Moose we were turned off of purchasi my life into the best! This was our fifth purchase of a Dodge and prior to coming into Crosstown and meeting Moose we were turned off of purchasing and purchasing a Dodge all together. The fact that he managed to turn our experience around in a matter of 20 minutes and had a completed sale in under 3 hours was a first for us. Not only did The Moose get the truck we wanted, with all the specifications we asked for (and there was a lot!) he took us through the entire sale process without any stress. We were used to a far more stressful experience, with surprises around every corner. The Moose was the most upfront honest (handsome) person we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Everyone I encountered at Crosstown (the finance department, the sales manager) all treated me exceptional. I felt appreciated for just being there and purchasing a car from them. More

My experience was beyond pleasant. I had a budget i needed to work with and Kayam was able to work with me to find what i was looking for. There was no pushy sales and the price was actually better tha needed to work with and Kayam was able to work with me to find what i was looking for. There was no pushy sales and the price was actually better than the Kelly Blue Book. The sales team and Financial department pushed hard to get me the best interest rate possible. I was expecting around 10 % like the last vehicle that I had bought from another dealership 3 years ago I received 4 % less. Kudos to Crosstown and I will definitely recommend Kayam and this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a used vehicle. Keep up the great service. More

I came into this dealership searching for answers as to why the parking brake for my Jeep wasn't working. The Service Manager - Doug Purdy assured me that the work to diagnose the problem would not take an why the parking brake for my Jeep wasn't working. The Service Manager - Doug Purdy assured me that the work to diagnose the problem would not take any longer than 1 hour as I was skeptical that they would even be able to diagnose it at all because all the components of the brake are brand new. The vehicle was serviced for 2 and a half hours to try and find the problem. The mechanic took off the wheel as well as the brake components to find that there was no problem with these components, he then reassembled the parts and tested the vehicle to find that the problem was not solved. After speaking with the Shop Manager - Brian Neggers, who agreed that the problem was not solved, he came to the conclusion that I should not have to pay for the time that the mechanic used. Brian then went away and came back to say that it would be fair for me to pay an hour of the work and then the shop will take care of the rest. This already was not what I should have paid as no conclusions had come from the two hours of work the mechanic had done (no answers or problems solved), but I agreed to pay for the hour. When Brian and I went to the Service Advisor in order to pay for the one hour that we agreed upon, the Service Manager - Doug Purdy showed up. Doug quickly became threatening and unreasonable. He did not care that the vehicle was returned to me the same way as I had brought it in and that the dealership did not provide me with any answers of why it was not able to be fixed. Doug threatened to not release my vehicle unless I had paid the entire labor costs, he also threatened to put a lien on my vehicle. Doug obviously has no technical background as well as VERY POOR customer service skills. I left this dealership feeling very threatened and robbed of $300. I do not understand how a man with such an attitude towards customers is able to hold any sort of customer service position. With Doug Purdy's attitude and sole interest in cash rather than customer satisfaction, this dealership will continue to lose customers. I will be taking this to a higher authority and will be getting my money back. More
