It was the best decision when I sought help from Mr. Lou San Juan of Crosstown Auto Center. I have had terrible experiences with other car dealerships. Usually, they do more blah-blah and do beating around-the-bush and I always end up not having my dream car. But my experience with Lou was beyond my expectations. He is very professional, honest and reliable. He is not only a man of words but of action as well. He knows what he is talking about and proves his worth. I would definitely continue recommending him to all my friends. I also give credit to Carlo, the Sales Manager for being fast and responsive for me to be able to get my brand new truck. Now, I am driving my Dream truck!!!!!Keep up the good work!!!! More

I just wanted to let you know, if you care how horrible my experience with your staff was. I like everyone else in the public I hope to find a trustworthy dealer to spend my hard earned money. After callin my experience with your staff was. I like everyone else in the public I hope to find a trustworthy dealer to spend my hard earned money. After calling your Dealership upon a friends referral, the sales men lived up to my expectations giving me a too good to be true deal. I instantly gave a deposit over the phone and made my way from RED DEER under the assumption that I was getting a great deal on the truck I wanted. From this point on the wheels feel off and I came crashing back down to reality. After work I started my drive up to Edmonton. Finally after a few phone calls and letting Shaun know that I was on my way up, he explains that the truck had a scratch on it from the other dealership. I explained that I wasn't too worried about a scratch on a truck and that it was something that can easily be worked around(I was planning on putting a few of my own on it). Upon arriving in Edmonton, I find out that the truck wasn't even at the dealership yet and that the scratch wasn't a scratch but another vehicle had gone down the side of it. So I worked with the sales man and got another truck with less options but working with Shaun who was being very helpful and we came to a mutually acceptable replacement. This is when I found out that I was grossly miss led on my trade in value from around $11000 to $9500, to be exact $1500 which worked out to be the amount that your truck was cheaper than I was quoted anywhere else. To be fare the salesmen never did give me and exact figure but did say it would be close to blue book which is $10698. I did not appreciate this and was able to come to an agreement to get it back up to $10500 still I am doing better than other places so I was ok with it. Even though I did not appreciate the surprise, I then went up stairs to see Marko where he made a mistake and that is how I choose to see it. He added another $500 to my truck. I went downstairs and questioned Shaun about it and he said that shouldn't be and that he had already factored in the admin fees. Shaun had the issue corrected and I went back upstairs to resign the papers. As I was signing the papers I noticed that I had not confirmed the exact truck I was signing for and only really was paying attention to the options that we were trying to rectify that the new truck did not have. I asked if it was the V6 and it was not. So it was not even close to the truck I had originally asked for. I went back downstairs after arguing with Shaun that the truck I wanted did exist and that the SLT came standard with the V6. Hence why when we were trying to come up with another truck(because the one I wanted was damaged)I had brought it up as an option especially since in my mind I had another $1500 that your dealership was saving me I could put towards that deal. This is now approximately 5hrs later I spoke with Shaun and that with all the mistakes and with how I was being very accommodating I should ask to get $11000 for my car. Shaun said he understood and that there was no harm in trying. When I calmly brought it up to the sales manager Jerry he exploded and behaved very negatively. At this point I was mentally and physically exhausted so I with my friend proceeded to leave the dealership this is when I heard Jerry saying some choice words, which I really did not appreciate and questioned with no response. I decided the best course of action was to walk away. Shaun and I were able to continue working together but I specifically told him I wanted nothing to do with that sale manager and more importantly, Crosstown now was the only dealership that had the truck I wanted. We came to an agreement and again with a lot of trust on my part I signed papers that were emailed to me and I faxed them back. This was around 2 O'clock on Thursday. With wanting to get everything behind me I asked if there was any chance to have it delivered that night. Shaun stated that he didn't think that would be possible since it needed a starter to be installed and the Tonneau cover but he did tell me it would be delivered on Friday morning. I told him it would need to be in the am because I was expecting to be out in the field in the afternoon. I messaged Shaun several times and did not get a response, in my experience so far this meant something was wrong. So I started calling the dealership, first I spoke with Carlo who told me he would look into it and get back to me. He did not. I then decided to call service and see if they had done any work on my truck. After a lengthy search and some great help from the ladies we came to the conclusion that there was no work done on my truck and that it was not ready to be delivered. This is now 2ish. At this point I spoke with Dave, I told him my dilemma he told me that he would look into it and get back to me. He did not. So I called him back and told him that I was not pleased that I was lied to. He told me that he would again look into it and get back and that I should talk to Shaun. So I did and told him that even after the first visit I trusted him and continued to deal with him. I told him that I did not appreciate being lied to and that if you tell someone that their truck will be delivered in the morning, it is courteous to let them know that something went wrong and just keep them in the loop we all know s#!% happens. Being an Afghanistan Vet, I am very aware of this. He then tried to make up some excuse about someone misplacing the keys and that once they were found it would be delivered I then told him that I already knew that the truck has had no work done on it and that he was lying. He tried to dig himself out of a hole and that was finally the last straw. I told him I could not trust them and that my treatment was unacceptable. He told me that I needed to speak with Dave to have the truck cancelled so I called Dave. I told him the conclusion I had come to was that I could not do business with people that are dishonest and do not keep their word. I kept my end of the bargain and chance after chance I was let down. Dave then obviously displeased let me know that it would be no problem for them to sell the truck to someone else. This attitude is something I have come to understand is the norm within this dealership. I was very displeased that the manager did not care enough to find out what went wrong or even apologies for my treatment. I am after all a human being and one who has stood watch over Canada and its citizens. I was simple discarded of and made to feel like one in a million, which I am but I shouldn't be made to feel that way. It was all very rude and disconcerting and of course now I am worried that I will not get my $500 deposit back. I hope by writing this letter this brings a light to a very negative aspect that can very easily be rectified. Truth and courtesy is all it would take remember a vehicle is the second biggest purchase of the average person. This takes a lot of trust. If you only care about price I think this high volume dealership could help you save some money. But beware they only see you as a sale not a person. Or at least thats how I felt. Good luck and hope this helps. More
