Recently, our Daughter needed a vehicle and after going to a few other dealerships, she was very disappointed with the way she was treated. Her Dad told her to come to Crosstown. We were unsure of which car we wanted but Moose was patient and informative answering any questions we had. Moose, very quickly, understood our needs and we found a car we liked right away. We were given a good price; all the rebates were deducted without delay. The Finance department was not intimidating and we were comfortable with Mario. I must emphasize that Moose and Mario were both affable and not in any way overly persuasive. We have purchased many cars and this was by far the least stressful purchase we have ever made. I had purchased a vehicle at Derrick Dodge and was promised alot of things to help finalize the deal. We were skeptical to go back to a Dodge dealer from this experience but decided to try it because Dodge makes a good vehicle and suites our family. Our sales person was Husney Ismael and he carried through with everything and more of what he promised. I have recommended Husney already to family members looking to maybe purchase new or used vehicles.
