We had a great experience with Crosstown Motors. This is the fourth family vehicle we have purchased through Crosstown in 20 years - each time the customer service has been outstanding. Last year, we purch the fourth family vehicle we have purchased through Crosstown in 20 years - each time the customer service has been outstanding. Last year, we purchased a truck from Manny, and the service he provided was beyond exceptional. Because Manny was so amazing to work with, we have now bought another addition to our family - 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We have also referred a friend to Manny and he has since bought a vehicle, and have mentioned to all our friends that if they are in the market for a new or used vehicle to visit Manny! To me, this speaks loudly to the customer experience - we are, and will always be returning to Crosstown for our vehicle needs. A huge thank you to Manny and Mario for their work in getting us into our new vehicle!! More
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. But we didn't like how the business manager became somewhat deceptive. We were not informed of the additionals that he added increasing the principal amount. On my visait on July 9, 2013, I was left waiting for over 10 minutes after the oil change was completed for a new air filter. All staff were to busy dealing with the Sprinter that pulled in behind me becaus 10 minutes after the oil change was completed for a new air filter. All staff were to busy dealing with the Sprinter that pulled in behind me because of a mess in that service. I had to ask to have the tires checked for air. I was not made aware of the fact that I would have to wait for an air filter. Perhaps each service advisor should have a check list. On the previous visit in the fall, I was told that the PCV valve should be repalced. It was done but the old valve was left sitting where the rod that holds the hood goes. Could this not been seen?? I do not go back to Londerry Chrysler because of their sloppy service and I am getting the same feeling from Crosstown Motors. There are other dealerships in the Edmonton area that would appreciate my business. More
I had the oil changed on a 2013 Fiat this morning, this took over 45 minutes, there was an oil sheen in the e-brake, the gear shift and steering wheel, I was charged over $67.00 with a $4.20 shop charges. took over 45 minutes, there was an oil sheen in the e-brake, the gear shift and steering wheel, I was charged over $67.00 with a $4.20 shop charges. I asked what this was and was told it was a "standard" charge". I will NEVER go to this dealership again. The service absolutely sucked, just ask the other customers who were complaining about the service and the price. More

My wife and I first stopped in to Crosstown in February of this year looking at Jeep Wranglers. We were very impressed with both Aaron and Moose on their professionalism and friendliness. Aaron took the ti of this year looking at Jeep Wranglers. We were very impressed with both Aaron and Moose on their professionalism and friendliness. Aaron took the time and showed us all around the dealership and then Introduced us to Moose. Moose answered all our questions and took us out for a test drive. After the test drive, we told Moose that we would contact him when we wre ready to purchase. The was no "Push" to buy now. There was no constant calls to see if we wanted to buy now. When I was ready to purchase I returned to Crosstown and again spoke with Aaron, as Moose was not available. I told Aaron exactly what I wanted, and advised him of the offers I received from other dealerships. Aaron took the time with me and found that he had the exact vehicle I was looking for coming in and advised me what he would offer. I told him I would think about it and left. Again, none of this, "this is a one time offer, take it now or it would be gone" attitude. Once I got home I called my wife at work and gave her the details. She recalled being there in February and how we were treated and gave me the go ahead to make the deal. I called Aaron that same day and said I"m ready to make the deal which we did. There I met Jocelyn, who handled the financial aspects. She explained everything and didn't make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. During the wait for the vehicle, Moose kept me informed of the vehicle process from factory to transport to dealership. He answered all my emails and phone calls promptly. When my vehicle arrived at the dealership, Moose took me around to show me OUR vehicle as it was having the protection packages and Pre delivery inspection done. He advised me that the vehicle would be ready for pickup in a few hours. To which it was. All and all this was a fantastic vehicle buying experience and I highly recommend Crosstown Auto Centre. The dealership is only as good as the people representing it. I want to finish off by saying thank you too Aaron, Moose and Jocelyn and We love our new vehicle, a 10th Anniversary Rubicon Unlimited.
