Crosstown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I am 62 years young and have bought a number of used cars in my life time and have never had a pleasant experience in dealing for the purchase of a used vehicle until now with Randy Kemp of Crosstown Auto Ce in my life time and have never had a pleasant experience in dealing for the purchase of a used vehicle until now with Randy Kemp of Crosstown Auto Centre in Edmonton. The dealership and Randy were so helpful to me in purchasing my Jeep Wrangler. First of all, the negotiation process was very pleasant (conducted via e-mail) and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. Once we had agreed to a final price for the vehicle Randy even offered to pay gas and hotel for my wife and I to travel to Edmonton from Calgary to pick up the vehicle. In the end this was not needed as Randy drove/delivered the vehicle to Calgary for me as part of the agreed deal. This in its self was amazing. Note: final purchase was pending a test drive here in Calgary and my total satisfaction with the vehicle at that time. Immediatly after finalizing the deal here in Calgary and within minutes of Randy having headed back to Edmonton I noted the side wall of the spare tire had been slashed with what apppeared to have been a knife. I notified Randy immediatly and without any hesitation he agreed to replace the tire at no cost to me. Wow!!!! Best vehicle purchase experience ever. He was patient with us, working through and acknowledging our needs and wants, staying late with us long after the dealership was closed. Jeremy in financing was super, explaining all the little details and helping us choose the right type of financing for our situation. He knows loans!! The whole buying experience was terrific in fact we were surprised by Moose when we made our offer to purchase and shortly thereafter, he handed us the keys for our brand new truck! The financing department was closed for the night and things weren't quite finalized, but that didn't stop Moose from making this the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had! More

Moose was fabulous!!! I went in there with expectations on what my new vehicle had to have and Moose found the right one with even more options and it was within my budget. I was given a price from my salesman and when I was shown the paperwork for the financing, it was different. Called the dealership and was told that there is nothing I can do because all the paperwork is co the paperwork for the financing, it was different. So your dealership is Bait and Switch Selling and under the Competition Act, you are prohibited from doing this. I will be contacting the Competition Bureau. More

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and after experiencing poor service at another dealership I came in to Crosstown apprehensive and fearing the worse. Moose quickly put that to rest. Moose found me the exact car I wanted at a price that left me very happy. Brittany was pleasantly more of the same. She was easy going and thorough, she didn't push me to get the expensive packages or try to slide anything in unnoticed. Both Moose and Brittany presented all the information and worked with me to find the exact vehicle and financing I wanted.
