Michael provided outstanding service yet again. He worked extremely hard to ensure I got the best prices and received the best interest rate. Our initial purchase went very well with the exception the vehicle was handed over with an interior that was filthy and had what looked like dried cleaner over absolutely everything. Six months later we the vehicle was handed over with an interior that was filthy and had what looked like dried cleaner over absolutely everything. Six months later we received a call from Paul stating they out the wrong VIN# on the bill of sales and it is therefore illegal to drive because the registration is incorrect. We took that news well and it was appreciated Paul advised us of that. He stated to come on in and talk to him or Warren (Hoakey) and they will fix it and reimburse us for the charges related to the error such as changing the registration. This was all fine and acceptable. The problem began when both my wife and I were needed to sign the new bill of sale. This was not possible for both of us to perform because we had twins born two months ago and another child under two. For the both of us to come to the dealership we needed to take the newly purchased van but couldn't because it was not legal to drive. On the Thursday (three days after being notified of the error) I left two detailed voicemails for Hoakey asking to discuss our problem or have the papers driven to our house for signing. He did not return my calls. The next morning I called again and spoke to Hoakey who quickly told me after his morning meeting he will have the papers driven to my house. The papers never showed up and he never called to advise of the further delay. We had changed an appointment that day to wait for the papers, this was frustrating and now unacceptable. The next day I drive to the dealership myself and asked to speak to Hoakey personally. He met me with an attitude little interest in visiting with me but did quickly usher my issue to Marko who displayed exemplary customer service and what I considered true concern for the issue. I asked Marko to put me back in contact with Hoakey because I felt he needed to hear how his customer service has tarnished our business and probably our return business as well as our family and friends who are largely long standing Dodge owners. When I met with Hoakey again he barely looked away from his computer and did not give me his full attention. When I stated he personally has really inconvenienced my family he mumbled an answer along the lines of, "is that so?" It was at this point I fully realized he did not care and that was the most damaging part of the whole business experience. I thank Marko for top notch service and hope Hoakey eventually finds the career that will he will excel in and have a positive effect with people. More

I went to purchase and install 4 brand new tires that I had selected from the website. I called to schedule the installation and I was told the tires would take an hour to arrive and to arrive at the servi had selected from the website. I arrive at noon and no one seemed to know anything about the tires I ordered or the installation scheduled to take place. Once that was sorted out (now 1pm), I was told the car would be ready around 3pm and that they would call if they ran into any issues. At 4:30pm (hour and a half late already), I called to check the status of my car. I was informed that they just started. Three and a half hours later and they just started? An hour and a half after the car was supposed to be finished? My car wasn't ready until 6:30pm. Very disatifised. Never returning. Telling everyone to go to other dealerships. 6 hours for tire installation is unacceptable. More
