My overall experience was ok for a number of reasons. The price was very reasonable and they worked with my budget accordingly. The mechanic wasn't very thorough and missed a few things that were easily identifiable. I gave the customer service a 2 because of the delay in picking up my vehicle. I was told it would be ready for me; however, when I showed up, it hadn't been washed or even looked at yet. I was also disappointed with the lack of communication between myself and the finance department. I had to pick up my insurance slip from my insurance company because the fax machines at the dealer weren't working. In the end the one who stood out and made sure my experience wasn't totally regretful was Daniel Fricker. He assured that my vehicle was top priority and treated me like even after the transaction was made, I still needed to be taken care of. More

As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by Dave in a very friendly manner, gave me a good vibe about the dealership. He introduced me to "moose", who took me out onto the lot and showed me several vehicles I was interested in. He was very friendly, just a great salesman. We checked out a Jeep, came inside to crunch some numbers and I couldn't quite afford what I was looking for... But that wasn't the end. He recommended I check out the 2014 Ram 1500 Hemi and I was blown away. I decided to check out the Ram, and was decided. It was an overall great vehicle, perfect for this climate. Moose and I came back inside and talked price. I received a great deal from Crosstown thanks to the help of Moose and Dave Comrie. He was very concerned about my husbands's current state of health ensuring he felt comfortable on chairs waiting patiently for him to get to point A to point B at the facility. In terms of the preparation of the documents he was very thorough in what came with the vehicle and what can be added, he brought books showing us photos of different options that were available. Temraz was also empathetic with my husband's injury instead of having us walk to the vehicles he brought them around to the front for our viewing. His advise on colour choice and interior options made a difference not only on our present vehicle purchase but also future purchases to come. kamal was very understanding with our present financial standing he got us the best interest rates additionally offered a payment plan for our warranty and unlike other businesses that try to sell you products/packages only to increase their sales when we asked about a vip package oil change he explained it was something that required payment up front and given our present situation it would not be wise, I appreciated his honesty. Overall this dealership has the best customer service and most caring staff. I have lived in Canada for almost 3 years and never have I experienced such excellent service. I was looking for a vehicle for myself and was told by my friends of mine to go to Crosstown auto centre, since I was working up north I applied through online.
