This is the 5th new vehicle I've purchased from various dealers around the city, and quite honestly one of the lowest pressure sales I've been involved with. The underlying message I take from that......they are offering great pricing.....today.....tomorrow.....next week or next month. The simple fact I was allowed to look, price payments and leave without the "how can I get you to sign today" pitch gave me confidence. Dealing with Adam was a great experience. Friendly, knowledgable and personable. The final walk around with the sales managers (Dave and Rob I believe)was fantastic.....picky dudes.....so picky they scheduled me for a follow up detailing as they were not satisfied with the appearance (dust inside the mirror housing and around the window sills, and the box of my truck wasn't clean enough......the box.....of a truck????). What a team.....attention to detail and pride in the product they release to you.......I gotta say it again....THE CLEANLINESS OF THE BOX OF MY TRUCK WASNT UP TO THERE STANDARDS!!!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!! Many dealers out there could learn a thing or two at your facility. Top it all with a black RAM 3500 diesel, the cherry on top. My wife and I are expecting our 3rd kid in a few months. So like most young family’s we decided to take the plunge and purchase a minivan. We went to a number of dealerships and spent countless hours looking at what we wanted. After we narrowed it down to a Dodge minivan we went to 3 dodge dealer ships before Crosstown. The first one treated my wife poorly so we left immediately. The second had a good price but didn't have the color we wanted and the third just offered us a unrealistic price and made us sit and wait for 45min with the back and forth with the Sales manager behind the desk...... After all of this we were pretty much fed up with countless hours wasted. My father in-law called me the next day and said he spoke to Armin at Crosstown. "He sounded like a nice guy and had a 2012 with the color we wanted ready to go". We instantly headed down to see Armin. We were greeted by Armin with a warm smile and quick response. He had 5 sets of keys ready to go and ready to show us. We had two of our children with us and I was between meetings so we didn't have a lot of time to sit and wait. Armin showed us what he had to offer and then took me to his office to work a deal. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, we talked about our family's first and instantly became friends. When it was time to make the deal I countered and didn't have to wait 25 min for a response he was back in 5 min with an acceptable price. I highly recommend Armin and Crosstown to everyone reading this. I will definitely go there for my next purchase. More
