In January 2014 purchased a New Dodge Ram 1500 from Crosstown auto Centre in Edmonton, and it was THE BEST vehicle shopping experience we have ever had. We were nervous about making the purchase as our experiences in the past have not been that pleasant. We are currently rebuilding our credit after hard times struck our family. We also had a drunk driver hit both of our vehicles which the insurance company chose NOT to write off which allotted us to take on over $22,000.00 in upside down equity. The group at Crosstown worked hard to get us not only approved for a new truck but also got us a fantastic rate! From the two managers in the used department(Devon and the other guy who was GREAT, he had glasses and a little boy, Aaron maybe??), to the gal in Finance (Bobs daughter) to Bob Janis THANK YOU! Had most of my accessories installed on my Jeep from Crosstown Auto Centre. Only one issue, and was dealt with Quickly by Doug (Service Manager). Any time I've had to use the Shuttle both Gary and Trevo Crosstown Auto Centre. Only one issue, and was dealt with Quickly by Doug (Service Manager). Any time I've had to use the Shuttle both Gary and Trevor have been extremely friendly and courteous. I have used the Express Lane for 2 oil changes now and have been in and out in less than 1/2 hour. While i've been there waiting, and have seen staff that were involved in my vehicle purchase (even though they were busy) they have made the effort to stop by and say hi (Aaron and Moose). We paid a visit to Crosstown one evening and between seeing what was on the lot and talking to Armin about our concerns, we walked out of there owners of a new car! It was completely unexpected but it was wonderful just the same. We sat down with Armin and started to go over our concerns. He asked us questions about our lifestyle in order to determine which type of vehicle would match our needs. He also took into consideration our tight (I mean TIGHT) budget. By the end of our talk (and subsequent test drives) we managed to find a car that would fit into our lives and into our budget perfectly. In addition to the decision to purchase, Finance Manager Jeremy stayed WAY beyond closing time to make sure our paperwork was completed on the same day, so that we could take our new vehicle home as soon as possible. We enjoyed our experience at Crosstown immensely. Yes, we were there to fulfill a need but we also got to know many great people as well. From the minute I walked into Crosstown Motors, I was treated with respect and felt at ease. I was not a 100% sure what I wanted when I walked in to the dealership, and Husny was very helpful in showing treated with respect and felt at ease.
