Our overall experience with crosstown dodge was amazing. We knew Mike Grant from a previous dealership and he worked to get us what we wanted. I have visisited many Auto dealerships before Crosstown, I have never felt more comfortable and in control. Moose made sure i was taken care of, even though he was busy with other customer. As promised here is the update to this review post picking up my Vehicle on Tues Feb 12th 2014 This was my first experience dealing with Crosstown after moving here from Calgary. After reading a bu picking up my Vehicle on Tues Feb 12th 2014 This was my first experience dealing with Crosstown after moving here from Calgary. After reading a bunch of the other ratings on the Service department all I can say is they must be under new leadership and have turned over a new leaf. I have been dealing with dealerships for over 40 years and these guys are the best I have ever come across. They are even better than my Lexus dealer, and I didn't think that would be possible. The service is clearly outstanding and the attitude is excellent. I had a quote for some fairly minor work. Waited about a week for the parts to come in from down east, brought the vehicle back. When I went to pick it up, the actual bill came out quite a lot higher. I asked about the reason, they said take your vehicle, bring in your copy of the quote and we will settle up tomorrow. They honored the quoted price, with absolutely no arguing or pushing on my part. I never even had to talk to the manager, Russel was my service advisor and he handled all of it himself. On top of that, they covered a rental vehicle for 6 days because after taking the vehicle apart they were delayed getting in a part that was need for the repair. At all times the front desk staff and servie advisors I dealt with were freindly, helpful and willing to fully explain anything I asked about. I can definitely say I will be going back here regualrly and the next Chrysler product I buy will be from Crosstwon. Original Post when I took the truck in for Service I took my 1996 Dodge 3/4 ton into Crosstown for an oil change and a minor leak repair on the transmission. It needed a rear output seal and a couple of fittings on the Tranny cooler lines were leaking. They need to order the parts, so brought the truck back a week later for the actual repairs. Dropped the truck off one day, repairs not completed, but they did drain the 1/2 litre overfill from the oil change the week before. Brought it back next day, they got the seal in and the hoses apart only to find the fittings they ordered don't fit. That prompted me to search dealer rater and I have to say these ratings of the service department scared the xxxx out of me but so far my experience with them has been just excellent. The truck was now going to be parked for a week waiting for parts as they couldn't re-install the old ones. Crosstown put me in a rental pickup from Enterprise all on their own, without me even asking. (The rental is a 2014 4 door 4x4 1500 SLT which is actually a pretty good marketing move on Crosstown's part. I really like this new truck, it gets 70% better gas mileage than my V10, and I really like the 4 door feature. Just needs a longer box as my quad and other stuff doesn't fit in the 5'3" short box. That said, they have me seriously thinking about getting a new truck from them.) When I found out my truck was going to be hung up for a week ad over the weekend, I talked to a nice young lady on the phone and asked her if it was possible for them to put the truck inside overnight due to all the stuff I had in it. That didn't work since it isn't driveable. I needed to take the quad and a bunch of other stuff out of the box but she immediately offered to have a couple of guys give me a hand moving stuff from one vehicle to the other if I wanted. Luckily I had my buddy with me so the two of us got it done in about 20 minutes. On top of that, one of their mechanics had the presence of mind to take the load leveler hitch off the back of my truck and lock it inside so it wouldn't get ripped off sitting outside, which is what I thought had already happened when I went to move stuff around. I don't actually get my truck back till Monday or Tuesday Feb 11, 2014 but I have to say that I am more than impressed with the friendliness, customer focus and helpfulness of everyone I have dealt with in the service department so far. I will up date this with the results re cost, quality of work etc but to date, these guys are great. More
