This was much appreciated and allowed us to proceed without feeling too stressed or pressured. Other Edmonton and area dealerships, both Dodge and otherwise, could learn from Crosstown. We will highly recommend to family and friends to visit Crosstown before purchasing elsewhere and ask for Kayam. More
Upon visiting the dealership I was warmly greeted by Manny Hanna, he was very friendly and informative to the questions that I had. The friendliness and customer service that was provided was excellent from the time I had arrived and by the time i had left. After deciding on the vehicle Jeremy Hamilton had helped me with the financing of the truck I had bought. He was honest, friendly and answered any questions that I had, and if I didn't understand anything he would explain it in a way that made sense. By helping me find the vehicle that i wanted and by finding me the right financing options quickly, they helped me to save on time and money. The quality of these employees and the quality of the the employees cleaning and getting the truck ready to turn over was incredible. The overall the experience that I had with Crosstown Auto Centre was excellent, and I would strongly suggest that if you are in need of a vehicle to check them out first! More
When I first arrived at Crosstown I met with Devon Gillis we had talked on the phone earlier and he knew the type of vehicle I was interested in. I would recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle to go to Crosstown and meet with Manny Hanna and Devon Gillis, they do a great job with their customers. Keep up the good work guys. More
We came into the dealership to test drive a Jeep Wrangler as I was planning to make a purchase in the spring. Called on Saturday to book a service appointment for the following week. Was told all the service advisiors were busy and that I would return a call back which never happened. So not to be discouraged I t following week. Was told all the service advisiors were busy and that I would return a call back which never happened. So not to be discouraged I tried booking on line and after the usual diatrible, I was told someone would get back to me. A day and a half later I got a call and was told that the earlier in the day was best and they opened at 7 am. I showed up at 7 am and was disapointed to be told for a tire pressure sensor valve they wanted my car to be there all day. When I expressed my disappointment with the time they needed my car and not being told it would be all day, I was told that they were still working on yesterdays jobs and they were not " Mister Lube". Off to the shuttle service and after a 45 minute wait, a very nice man went on a milk run and I arrived home 1.5 hrs after landing at service. Just before 12 noon there was a message on my phone from my service tech telling me I needed a new sensor, (something I suspected as thats what the code indicated) I called back three times, to be told she was with other customers and after failing to receive a return call, told another person to go ahead with the work and was quoted $350 roughly...this from the $150 we started at this morning for diagnostic only. So I finally get ahold of my service person and find out I have one sensor gone...I had called St Albert Dodge and was quoted $169 to fix the same part ( no diagnostic charge as I knew what the problem was) I asked my service advisor why St Albert Dodge was $160 and my bill was twice plus that to be told...were not St Albert Dodge. At 3 pm my car is fixed and I asked my service advisior to send the shuttle to get me and she gives me a number and I have to make the call myself. Of course on the first attempt no one answers...on the second attempt I get a guy who tells me that both drivers are heading to the opposite end of town and the reality is that there is no one to get me...nice... I finally get a call from the service Manager who I had asked my service advisior to call several hours earlier..and he tells me all the cost associated with running a dealership such as Crosstown. My comment was that if you sell and charge for 5 star service, you should deliver 5 star service and this certainly was not my experience. End of story...first experience...not a very good one...lots of fluff and sparkle at this dealership...but in the end it comes down to value for service and cost and this experience was a terrific fail. More
After purchasing my first vehicle through Crosstown a few years ago with Rod Elliott, I came back to Crosstown to trade my Sebring even though Rod had moved on. My first experience with Jerry Joseph was amaz years ago with Rod Elliott, I came back to Crosstown to trade my Sebring even though Rod had moved on. My first experience with Jerry Joseph was amazing. He truly made be feel like I was important. When my daughter was looking for a new vehicle, it was a no brainer that Jerry was the guy. The whole team at Crosstown made our experience a great one and we would recommend Crosstown to any of our friends. More
My experience with this entire dealership was fantastic right from the first phone call with Jerry to the signing of the paperwork with Mario. Jerry was very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He goes above and beyond even after you have left the dealership. Usually with most dealerships that I have dealt with, once you leave the dealership the after sales support lacks greatly. That is not the story with Jerry and the staff at Crosstown. I had brought my vehicle in for some work to be done. There was a problem where they took it and my vehicle was not ready. The situation was unfortunately out of their hands and no fault of theirs and yet they went above and beyond and did things they didn't have to do to make me happy, but they did and I greatly appreciated it. I thank all of the staff greatly for making this entire experience a very pleasurable one. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for either a new or used vehicle. I know when it is time to trade in my vehicle I will return back to Crosstown. Thanks Guys!!! More

Husny was very personable. He was very professional throughout our experience, and very thorough in answering all of our quetions. If he was unsure of something, he quickly followed up and found what w throughout our experience, and very thorough in answering all of our quetions. Husny worked after we left our negotiations, with senior personnel to obtain a deal which was very satisfactory to us. He assisted us through followup phone conversations and email, enabling us to obtain insurance documents prior to our return to purchase. Through Husny's work, I would strongly recommend Crosstown to any of my friends/coworkers if they are looking to purchase a vehicle. Also, the woman in Finance (Jocelyn I believe), was very good, getting us through the process quickly and in a friendly manner. I hope my future interractions with Parts and Service will be just as pleasurable. Of note regarding the Rating Scores above, had Very Good been an option, they would have been chosen instead of Good. More
