We came back to Crosstown because our first experience here, to buy our Jeep Grand Cherokee, was a very positive experience!! Went in just to look at pricing and was told by a friend to see Jennifer. She was not in at the time So Moose agreed to help me out until Jennifer returned. Off the start when I first walked in I was gr to see Jennifer. She was not in at the time So Moose agreed to help me out until Jennifer returned. Off the start when I first walked in I was greeted by the nice gentleman standing by the front door. He directed me to the reception and that is were Moose came in. My wife and I having already gone to another dealership and been approved, decided to look around more on the advice of a friend. Moose was great and very personable and joked around with me a little helping me feel much more relaxed, as before I had arrived my exhaust system fell apart on the road and I had to crawl under my car to wire it back up. So I was flustered when I arrived and within minutes Moose made me feel much better. He then helped me find the vehicle my wife and I were looking at which was a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. My wife was not with me at the time as she was working so I was making sure I had as many answers as possible. Originally I was going just for a pricing quote and instead Moose asked if I would like to take one for a test drive.......for the night. This surprised me as I have never heard of allowing a test drive without the sales person with you. But sure enough at Crosstown they had this option. When Jen arrived she confirmed the same and even offered me to keep the Jeep for the night if my wife and I were unable to get back that night. This was definitely above and beyond what I had expected. When we got back later that night, there were things we did not like about the one we drove. And Jennifer not only listened to what we wanted but found one that fit what we wanted, and it even came with more features. Best part was she was able to bring the price into a reasonable range for us. Once all was said and done, we got the vehicle we wanted with what we wanted plus more and we didn't even feel pressured into it. They have a great team at crosstown and would highly recommend them to anyone I see looking for a vehicle. More
