This was a most unexpected event. I received a courtesy call from Leah and submitted information to her on the basis of considering trading in my older vehicle for a new one. Next thing I knew, I was sitting with Farid and he was really doing the best he could for me, got me a far, far better interest rate than I could have imagined and got me into a new vehicle with a lower monthly payment. I was simultaneously shocked and pleased with such a level of incredible service. My other dealership would never have bothered offering such service. Pat took the time to help me organize everything for the transfer over to the new vehicle and was great to deal with.
