Bad Customer Service I made an appointment to have something fixed on my Jeep, and dropped it off the night before. The part was sitting in the Jeep. Wonderful buying experience! Went into the dealership for an oil change on my 2011 Ram and left signing the papers to a new 2014 Ram! I wasn't even thinking of trading in my present vehicle but Husny came up to me while i was waiting and was asking about my present vehicle, interest rate, payments etc. I went into his office and we were talking and he was certain he could get me out of my present interest rate and into a brand new truck for less interest and the same or less money. He worked very hard along with the finance people upstairs to get me a rather good deal on a 14 that i simply couldn't pass up. after waiting at the dealership all morning, i left satisfied with the deal and got more bang for my buck so to speak. The entire team at Crosstown made the whole buying experience easy and were very thorough in making sure i knew what i was getting. Thank you guys for the wonderful second buying experience, great customer service and all around caring. I will Enjoy my new Truck I'm sure! p.s thanks for the free PS3! I bought a 2014 2500 Dodge Ram Laramie Longhorn, which i love by the way. Working with Grant and Jeremy was just such a great treat in comparison to other facilities. There was never any salesman pressure to try to push me into a vehicle to get the sale, we went through all the gadgets and functions in the vehicle and it was explained clearly to me how everything functioned. The finance process was also very welcoming, Jeremy sat with me, explained how the interest rates worked and explained everything else about the process so when i walked away, there were no questions. so...great people, great experience, will definitely recommend Crosstown to others. Peace of mind inspection. April 25/14 I was well looked after. First time to this dealership. Service advisor was great and explained everything real well. Did not have parts in stock. My Experience At CrossTown Auto Centre We (My sister and my mother) came to CrossTown to look and inquire what they had in stock for a price range of $7000. Upon entering the premises, the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. Husny Ismael was our Salesman. He was very cordial, friendly. He inquired how he could be of assistance. I shared with him what I was looking for, he preceded to look up what was in stock and showed me the list, I was able to see for myself that the price range and year I was looking for did not exist. Husny was honest, knowledgeable and very helpful. What I admired most about Husny was the fact that he truly listened to our many questions we had. He patiently answered all our questions. Too many times going into a male dominant place, we as females are often ignored or made to feel inferior by Salesmen. Body language speaks as loud as words. The service I received was Superior, thank you Husny, your the best. I will definitely recommend CrossTown Auto the place to BUY. Ask for HUSNY ISMAEL? I drove away with a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan.
