Best Buyin Experience from All Others Ram Dealers Hands Down Went To The all the other GUYS like Derrick Dodge, Great West, Capital Jeep, Sherwood Dodge And as Far As Grove Dodge what a waste of my Freaking time Went To The all the other GUYS like Derrick Dodge, Great West, Capital Jeep, Sherwood Dodge And as Far As Grove Dodge what a waste of my Freaking time with guys not knowing the Product, waiting to be helped, Bringing me other Trucks i wasn't interested in and Smart xxx And Pushy Sales Personal. At One Dealer The sales guy told us to wait 10min he's just finishing with Another Guest and will be able to help us, I was okay with that we WAITED 25mins my wife walks to the reception area to have the sales guy that told us to wait 10Mins paged she said " He's Gone Home For the Day and that he's back in at 9am Tomorrow" we Couldn't believe what a xxxxxxx move that was. So Don't Go to Capital Jeep....... On Our Way home After spending More that Half Our day with all these So Called Dealers I called Crosstown Explained what I was looking for and What I don't want as I did with the other Guys. Jerry Joseph Said " I Have Exactly what Your Looking For " So Me and the wife go And See Jerry Joseph And Mani Hanna They Showed me the 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Laramie in White I was Looking for and as Me and My Wife was looking thru the Truck Jerry Pulled out the Factory Built List for this Truck and Confirming it has all the Features and Option I was Looking for, Once that was done and we like what we saw Jerry hands me the keys to the truck and said go for a nice long drive, take it home show the kids or go finish up our Costco Shopping that my wife's waiting to do. I tried giving him my Driver info And Visa # Like the other Guys ask for Before Test Drive But Jerry Refused He said "You Guys went thru enough Crap Today and Still Giving Me the time of day to help you, so why would I waste any second of your time taking ur driver info and visa down." ......... I had Drove this truck for 2 hours and loved every Second of it And Bought it Jerry Joseph And Mani Hanna Hands Down May Be the BEST PRODUCT SPECIALISTs. All You so Called Dealers Have ALOT to Learn from these too. I Know its not hard to sell a Vehicle especially with all Info you can get on the internet about anything. What initially stood out about Crosstown, and more specifically the the sales consultant that assisted me, was his quick response, eagerness to help me find exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price and his excellent communication. They took my email inquiry seriously, and went to work right away locating the perfect vehicle not only for my needs but also catering to the specifics that I wanted. They always returned messages promptly, and when I requested information if they did not have it immediately, they were always able to find the answer to what I was inquiring about and get back to me in a timely manner, as they said that they would. My phone calls were always answered and returned in a reasonable amount of time as well, regardless of the importance of the call they always seemed to treat them all with a sense of urgency which I appreciated. When I went into the dealership to see the vehicles and discuss my options they were extremely knowledgeable not only with the vehicles themselves but also in the various options and products available to each model. The staff were all very friendly, I was never left to wait long, and even while waiting it was never long before I was asked if I needed anything, or needed help finding something or someone. I was always greeted when I walked into the dealership and always offered coffee or a refreshment while I was there. My sales consultant was able to find the vehicle I was looking for fairly quickly and was able to have it delivered to the dealership in a day. The purchase was painless and I was offered a fair price on my trade without having to haggle. They took the time to explain the details of the final sale and made sure that I was comfortable and completely satisfied with my experience and my purchase when it was time to drive my new Jeep off of the lot. It was quite honestly the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. I found the staff were always friendly, and helpful, and never too pushy, which is another one of the things I enjoyed about my experience at Crosstown, why I chose to purchase my vehicle there, and why I would certainly do business with them again.
