Bob was very accommodating, and helpful in what I was looking for. Dave was also very accommodating to me also, it was a no pressure environment, which was different than the usual pressured car dealer experience I previously had. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle through them, but if I had to do it all over again, or someone else I knew were in the market for a used vehicle, I would definitely without a doubt, recommend both Bob Janis and Dave Comrie. CROSSTOWN'S THE PLACE TO GO! i first bought a 2008 Chrysler 300c from go auto in January, after getting the car i noticed several things wrong with it like the struts, shocks, bra i first bought a 2008 Chrysler 300c from go auto in January, after getting the car i noticed several things wrong with it like the struts, shocks, brakes , heated seats did not work . and my front headlight was out. i went back to go auto, and they had no interest in fixing anything for me unless i paid full price. By March the car was no longer drive-able so i went to cross town, Mazin was the first guy i talked to who told me he would get me in a better car, and he did ..FAST, i was at the dealership for about a half hour before i had the keys and was out driving in my new car for the afternoon, i was starting to feel very strongly about this new chysler 300 base model, so i have owned the car for about 3 weeks at this point and i realize how much i miss having the Chrysler 300C with the hemi and luxurious interior, so i went back to crosstown and fell in love with a 2012 Chrysler 300C Danny worked a few days straight trying every possible option to get me this car, eventually after Danny, Mazin and several of the guys at the used car department helped me out BIG TIME, i was driving home in the car of my dreams!! cross town was the best experience i have ever had buying a vehicle! i would recommend to everyone! and i would never buy from anyone else! truly a great dealership with great salesmen. Never again While the scoring is odd, this was my experience. Called the dealer to get a quote on a vehicle to compare to another dealer. Sales guy was friendly While the scoring is odd, this was my experience. Called the dealer to get a quote on a vehicle to compare to another dealer. Sales guy was friendly and got back to me quickly. We drove across town to look at the vehicle. A deal was made using my truck as a trade-in. Once things went to finance that's were it turned bad. The sales manager told me that I would get a cheque for 2 months payments on the loan. Its been a month and I have had to call them over 12 times and still DON"T have things settled with the finance side of things. Apparently it wasn't communicated to the finance guy that I was to get 2 months pay, so he washes his hands of it, and the sales manager won't return my calls I have great credit and NEVER had to go through this much crap before. Not even in December when we bought our last new vehicle. I should have just returned the vehicle to them and given them the keys back. It's experiences like this that give Car Dealers a bad reputation More
