Will happily be back! Well - I started off wanting to buy a Toyota - - Until I walked into the Toyota dealership and was attacked by a pack of sales wolves, who ended up no Well - I started off wanting to buy a Toyota - - Until I walked into the Toyota dealership and was attacked by a pack of sales wolves, who ended up not knowing their product - - So my husband and I happily ended up going to Crosstown, and what a difference. Walking in the doors we have space to breath, two fellas were near reception having conversation and allowed us to approach them. This is when we met Colin. His opening line was "Is there someone I can help you find." Great first impression! He wasn't off the hop trying to sell us something or make a commission. We let Colin know we were just out for information and test drives today and he was happy to help us out even though he knew he wasn't making an instant sale. We test drove a Durango that day and also priced out Rams. We left feeling confident and ready to come back. We stayed in touch with Colin as we live a few hours outside of the city, unfortunately our hot water tank exploded so that put our purchase of a new vehicle off a bid. Colin stayed in contact with us every couple months just to see how everything was going - happily still not pressure sales going on. Finally I was ready to take the plunge. I emailed Colin to let him know it was time to make the purchase, he sent me pictures and specs of a new dodge ram and I asked him to check into a lease buy back as well. I still owed a chunk on a Fiesta I purchased a few years back so I needed to get some bang for my bucks...{as we all do} Colin brought in a 2013 Dodge Ram Hemi sport with Eco for me from another dealership and held it for me until I could make it into the city in a few days. I received a great deal on the truck - I couldn't really negotiate as they sold it for what private listings had online and I knew the black book on the truck as well. They were also great about taking my Fiesta and gave me more than they should have with the KM and condition of the car. Everyone at Crosstown was fantastic to me - - Amazing service + Great deal on a truck, deal on my trade in and a free gift of my choice. More

Got FORCED To Purchase a Vehicle My Husband and I came into Crosstown to have a tire repaired. While there we browsed the Used trucks and actually found a truck we liked. Sat with BobJanis and discussed trading in his current truck. When in the used sales office we were told the monthly payments would ONLY BE $20 more then what we are paying now. Within minutes he was up in the finance office being approved. NO CHANCE AT NEGOITIATING THE PRICE OF THE TRUCK. When Chad returned to work Crosstown had, Checked his credit, got all paperwork ready to be signed, already had the new truck in for work etc. Chad goes back a few hours later to look over the paperwork and sign it, when low and behold the monthly payments jumped almost $200 a month. I know the interest rate we were approved for and what they calculated was 2.5% more. But don't you think the CAR SALESMAN would work his hardest to help him out with lowering the price of the Truck. UM NOPE. Currently we are a one income family as I am disabled and unable to work. CROSSTOWN KNOWS THIS AS THIS IS OUR 3 VEHICLE WE PURCHASED FROM THEM. And because of my disability we have had credit issues. My husband has been working hard to raise our credit score and purchasing vehicles has helped. But now we are SCREWED..so we either take a BIG HIT on his credit or a $200 a month budget increase which we truly CANNOT AFFORD.. I am certainly NOT IMPRESSED with the customer service at CrossTown...THIS WILL BE OUR FINAL VEHICLE WE PURCHASE FROM THEM. More

new car purchase experience i called the dealer and spoke with a sales person , Adam Najjar. we took a few minutes on the phone to pre-qual me for a new Jeep, and was good to go i called the dealer and spoke with a sales person , Adam Najjar. we took a few minutes on the phone to pre-qual me for a new Jeep, and was good to go the next day a couple days later i went in and after telling Adam what it was i was looking for when i got there he had a new Jeep sitting outside ready for me to test drive that had all the items i wanted and none of the items i didnt the vehicle was perfect this is the 3rd new vehilce i have purchased and by far the easiest one. each time having to go through a handful of vehilces to find the one i wanted was just a waste of time Adam had the exact one ready so the deal was done he didnt try to get me into something worth more money or try to up sell on anything else it was a good experience and will without a doubt i will be buying my next new vehilce from Adam he even threw in a nice new Jeep jacket that wasnt part of the deal but i was very pleased about that More
