I was very impressed with Al. He treated me like a valued customer and didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. He went well beyond any of the other dealerships (I have been to many over the valued customer and didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. Al talked to me and my child and assured me that he had more than one vehicle for me. Al was very quick and knowledgeable about the stock and what we had requested. He let me test drive two great vehicles and didn't give me a hard time because I wanted to test drive more than one vehicle. As a matter of fact he was confident that we would pick one of them. He didn't push the sale and try to make us buy the more expensive vehicle like so many other dealerships tried to do. In fact if I had wanted to drive more vehicles I believe that Al would have accommodated my wish. He was very kind to me and my child and made us feel welcome and knowledgeable. He didn't talk down to us, not even once. Al gave us all of the information we needed, often without either one of us having to ask (he anticipated our needs). Al even picked the vehicles that were in our price range and not outside of it. It was overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Al Dewan to all of my family and friends. When it came to the finance piece of the deal Mario helped me out. He was very positive and was willing to answer all of my questions.
