I had an experience in the past that kept me away from the crosstown dealership for almost 7 yrs. I decided to give crosstown one more chance while looking for a vehicle for my wife. The experience I had with Lou San Juan, Aaron Henderson & Dave Comrie is the reason I'm writing this review. They were professional in regards to making good business decisions for crosstown while taken into consideration the poor experience I had in the past & took it upon themselves to make it better. It's important for a dealership to sell vehicles, that's what keeps them in business but all three individuals did something that the prior sales rep & manager did not. Lou was able to present a vehicle (2014 Jeep North) that was right for my wife, Aaron negotiated in a manner that respected my prior poor experience and in a short period of time we were able to agree at a fair price. The experience was so positive that we not only bought a new vehicle for my wife but within an hour purchased a second vehicle. A used (2012 Chevy Camaro). Lou & Dave were both fun to deal with & again Dave negotiated in a manner that respected my prior poor experience. I can honestly say that because of Lou, Aaron & Dave I will refer friends & family to Crosstown and feel good in doing so. More

.When we first arrived the sales rep were were to planning to see was busy Devon met us and started the appraisal of our potential trade in. We then was introduced to Kayam ,He was understanding that we were not sure if we were wanting a different car and was just checking out out options. We did see a couple of used cars we were interested in . He was straight forward in the plus and minus of each one. We chose to test drive a 2013 dodge avenger it was fantastic however we chose to see if there was a new option as well. Kayam as helpful showing us the cars on the new fleet. As with our trade in and refinancing it give us more bang for our buck. We didn't see anything that we truly wanted so we were wanting to leave and think about what we saw and then Kayam suggested we trade in our 2012 dodge caravan I was not impressed as we love that van and it's still "new " we bought it in 2012 . I was slightly off put with This comment as the van was not in the cards for a trade . We plan to love and use it for years to come. Kayam introduced us to his boss who's name I admit slipped my mind. He gave me far better prices being this would be my 6th purchase and would show us a dodge dart limited 2014. It was in max steel ( Ive always had silver ) but the dart in my opinion looks better in the darker paint. We were given custom tint and talked numbers,and everything was making me want to sign on the dotted line. Took it for a test drive love the way it handled ( an the upgrades) agreed. I requested we did our finances with Jeremy as wow he is amazing I have dealt with him with the past with my previous buys. If you want a straight shooter no beating around the bush honest guy you need to make sure you see Jeremy for your finances . I will see him for all my future purchases! We were given a loaner as we had to go get our child and would return the next day to do up the paperwork and pick up the car. Kayam had to dash off for an emergency and was too just see Jeremy as he would would assist us. When we returned the next day and has to wait a bit. Jeremy was outstanding, he was extremely apologetic for our wait as he was with another customer . Of course we would wait for him, he's the best! our paperwork took no time at all and we were eager to get the car and go get our child from the babysitters. Now not every story is all roses there is part that you just have to shake your head and laugh. When our car was brought up for us ...it was not our car! But it's twin! Tint not on detail not done . We were stressed because we needed to pick up our child . I knew what ever the mix up was would be fixed. It was yes not ideal. However we still had out loaner and we were guilty adding km to this new auto someone else will buy. If anyone reading this gets the dodge dart stx steel with just under 200 km ( we are sorry ) but it handles fantastic! Step in the hero of the story Aaron . Let me put it this way next time I go to Crosstown I will go straight to Aaron, We borrowed the loaner again Aaron said he would personally deliver our car to us with a small gift for out troubles and he would personally make sure we were taken care of. You see it was a very simple mix up .Kayam in his rush due to the emergency he had to go to he swapped the keys of the twins . So when they took "our keys " to get our car it was actually the twin! And true to his word Aaron had the next morning our keys ,car tint ,and detail looking amazing was all ours. I have bought 6 cars in my life all from crosstown this has never happened but mixups happens I know I have made plenty in my time. I still love Crosstown and will buy my next 6 or even more autos from them. I only get my repairs when needed from their body shop as I trust them and their work. Their service department ha always gone the extra mile to make me smile and provide amazing hight quality service. Yes I will return to Crosstown. And I reccomend crosstown to everyone I know. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Crosstown Auto. When we entered the dealership we were greeted not mugged by friendly staff who were NOT pushy at all. We dealt with "Moose" he was open, friendly and a breath of fresh air compared to our previous buying experience. My wife and I were looking for a very specific configuration in our new Jeep and Moose worked hard to locate exactly what we wanted. When it came time to do the paperwork we were very apprehensive as this is usually where the process seems to be the most painful. There is usually a huge amount of pressure to take all the possible financing extras i.e. extended warranty. Joy provided us with the information and value of the extras but never ever made us feel pressured, again a huge difference from our previous experience. Did we get the lowest price possible? I have no clue but frankly we were happy with the price and simply did not want to look any further once we spent some time talking with Moose. Buying a new car is more than just the hunt for the lowest price, its the start of a relationship that lasts for the duration of the vehicle and this relationship looks like it will be a good one and will not feel like a visit from the in-laws. I was very pleased with Kayam's services. He was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for and the products on the lot. I didn't have a specific vehicle in mind but I had a very specific li knowledgeable about the products I was looking for and the products on the lot. He showed me a Jeep Wrangler that I had passed over because I thought it would be too expensive for the price I had set out before hand. To my absolute amazement it exceeded everything I wanted in a vehicle. I don't like car shopping but Kayam made it a lot less painful. I left the lot with the vehicle I wanted and I felt real good about it ever since. I went to every dealer in town over five long days looking at almost every car (This is not an exaggeration. I was to all the Dealerships in Sherwood Park and Wetaskiwin as well) and Kayim's professionalism and knowledge stood out. The most impressive quality was his desire to answer all the question my family and I had.
