Had most of my accessories installed on my Jeep from Crosstown Auto Centre. Only one issue, and was dealt with Quickly by Doug (Service Manager). Any time I've had to use the Shuttle both Gary and Trevo Crosstown Auto Centre. Only one issue, and was dealt with Quickly by Doug (Service Manager). Any time I've had to use the Shuttle both Gary and Trevor have been extremely friendly and courteous. I have used the Express Lane for 2 oil changes now and have been in and out in less than 1/2 hour. While i've been there waiting, and have seen staff that were involved in my vehicle purchase (even though they were busy) they have made the effort to stop by and say hi (Aaron and Moose). Extremely pleased with the way I've been treated by Crosstown Auto. Would also like to thank, Devin Krawchuk for following through and getting the proper EVTS for my Jeep. More

We paid a visit to Crosstown one evening and between seeing what was on the lot and talking to Armin about our concerns, we walked out of there owners of a new car! It was completely unexpected but it was wonderful just the same. We sat down with Armin and started to go over our concerns. He asked us questions about our lifestyle in order to determine which type of vehicle would match our needs. He also took into consideration our tight (I mean TIGHT) budget. By the end of our talk (and subsequent test drives) we managed to find a car that would fit into our lives and into our budget perfectly. In addition to the decision to purchase, Finance Manager Jeremy stayed WAY beyond closing time to make sure our paperwork was completed on the same day, so that we could take our new vehicle home as soon as possible. We enjoyed our experience at Crosstown immensely. Yes, we were there to fulfill a need but we also got to know many great people as well. From the minute I walked into Crosstown Motors, I was treated with respect and felt at ease. I was not a 100% sure what I wanted when I walked in to the dealership, and Husny was very helpful in showing treated with respect and felt at ease. I had an amazing experience dealing with Crosstown again! I had purchased a used vehicle from them almost a year ago and I was given a call from them letting me know I was able to come back in and get into a I had purchased a used vehicle from them almost a year ago and I was given a call from them letting me know I was able to come back in and get into a new vehicle with a lower interest rate. So that is what I did. I had went back in looking for Bob Fiddler as he had sold me my car last year and he was amazing and I knew I would have the same out come this time. But unfortunately he was in there when I went in as he was away. So Dave Comrie introduced me to Jennifer Mileham. Jennifer went above and beyond my expectations. Jennifer was great with my two boys and always had a way to keep them happy which most of the time they wanted to play in the play structure there. But as growing boys like they are they are always hungry and she would run to the cafe or vending machine and grab them a snack. I had gone to another dealer ship to look at vehicles as they are closer to my home they gave me a price on what my vehicle would be and then I went to Crosstown and before they even knew what I had been quoted they beat the other dealerships price. I once again have had a wonderful experience at Crosstown and I have let co-workers know and I myself will be going back next time I am looking for a vehicle. More

I came in to trade in my vehicle to get into something newer with a lower interest rate and they did exactly that. Adam was very friendly and helpful and got me into the vehicle I wanted at the best inter newer with a lower interest rate and they did exactly that. Mario also provided me with great service and has been available for me to contact with questions afterwards. Overall, my experience at Crosstown was great!
