YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD THE KIND OF HORRENDOUS SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THIS DEALERSHIP IS STILL UP AND RUNNING!!! I ARRIVED W I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD THE KIND OF HORRENDOUS SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THIS DEALERSHIP IS STILL UP AND RUNNING!!! I ARRIVED WITH MY TRUCK AT 7AM FOR AN OIL CHANGE, I WAS THE FIRST PERSON THERE WITH NO ONE IN FRONT OF ME. IT WAS OVERE AN HOUR AND I HAD TO LEAVE TO GET TO WORK ON TIME. I ASKED FOR A SHUTTLE AND WAS LAUGHED AT VERY RUDELY, I WOULD THINK THAT AN HOUR IS MORE THEN LONG ENOUGH TO GET AN OIL CHANGE DONE. SO I ENDED UP RUNNING ALL THE WAY TO MY WORK BECAUSE A CAB WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO LONG. I WENT BACK TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE AT 11AM, I STOOD IN FRONT OF SHEILA FOR OVER 10 MIUTES WATCHING HER RUN AROUND LIKE A CHICKEN WITH HER HEAD CUT OFF AND NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO PROPERLY MANAGE HER TIME TO COMPLETE THE ONE TASK IN FRONT OF HER. AFTER RUNNING ALL OVER FOR 10 MINUTES SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO WALK OVER TO THREE OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAD WALKED IN FAR BEHIND ME TO EXPLAIN THAT THERE WAS AN EXTREMELY LONG WAIT AND THAT THEY SHOULD BE FULLY PREPARED TO WAIT HOURS TO GET ANYTHING DONE ON THEIR VEHICLES WHICH LED THESE PEOPLE TO LEAVE ALL TOGETHER. WHILE ENDING HER SPEACH WITH THESE PEOPLE I PIPED UP AND SAID I WOULD NOT LIKE TO WAIT AS MY TRUCK HAD BEEN THERE SINCE 7AM!! ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS PAY AND DRIVE AWAY AND THAT WAS NOW ABOUT 20 MINUTES INTO MY WAIT TIME. ONCE I EXPRESSED THIS SHEILA'S ATTITUDE WHEN TO xxxx AND SHE WAS BEYOND RUDE IN EVERYTHING SHE SAID AND DID, THE ATTITUDE WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY AND HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. AFTER THEN RUNNING AROUND TRYING TO FIND MY BILL AND THEN EVENTUALLY MY KEYS….. I WAS TAKEN TO THE FRONT COUNTER TO PAY. ONLY THEN TO BE GREETED WITH THE SAME HORRIFIC ATTITUDE AND MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! ALSO, AFTER READING THE REVIEWS I HONESTLY DONT KNOW HOW THEY HAVE ANY BUSINESS AT ALL. Easy and understandable. I'd would have to say I was treated very well by the pre-owned staff. Jerry and TJ were big helps and were friendly to deal with. When dealing with the service side to get everything done that we agreed they forgot to switch over the tires, no buffing was done. and they only installed just command start no alarm system which was agreed upon. Went back to the dealership serveral times during this sales process. Twice they were not ready for me. Took them 3 weeks to change the tires. Buff the car. Do and oil change and change out the window. The customer service side of everything was great. They treated me very well. Free rentals with no hassels. Answered my every question. More

QUICK LUBE So i park outside the quick lube doors wait for a Quick oil change on my Diesel. after sitting outside the QUICK lube bays for 45 mins not one of the So i park outside the quick lube doors wait for a Quick oil change on my Diesel. after sitting outside the QUICK lube bays for 45 mins not one of the 2 cars inside the QUICK lube bays had moved. Finally someone comes out of the Quick lube bay with a clip board and asks me if i'm waiting for an Oil change?....really...no i'm waiting for a train?? he then proceeds to tell me that 3 guys called in sick and therefore they were not geting cars done as fast. he said it could be another hour to get me through as there were 3 more cars ahead of me. i told him i didn't have all afternoon to waste for a simple oil change and left the QUICK/SLOW Lube and went to MR LUBE and was in and out in 15 mins! i can do an oil change at home in 20 mins myself, yet those 2 cars in the lanes never moved out in 45 mins. The sign Quick lube should be taken down and replaced with "Sometime maybe today lube" More

Everything went very smooth, they made sure I was satisfied with everything.
