I emailed on the dealership on Monday night and had an immediate response from Mike Grant. Was very impressed with the quick response from him. On Friday morning we went to Crosstown, Mike was very friendly and got us a Jeep to test drive. As soon as we came back, he was there to meet us and see what we thought. We loved it! In an hour and a half we purchased a new vehicle. We are from Camrose and the service there is way better than our local dealership. There was no pressure on the sale, Mike was very personable and easygoing, and worked with us to get our best deal. We would go to him again for any future auto purchases! More

Even with the challenges we presented him with, he always made our experience immeasurable. Aaron continues to make sure that my family and I are comfortable and well taken care of when we come into Crosstown for something as simple as an oil change or service. He had a great attitude very friendly and he could answer all my questions and concerns that I may have had about any vehical that we had looked at. I eventual went with a new 3500 ram. It was a great expeirance with all the people that helped with the process and I would definitely go back for another truck in the future.. I had an experience in the past that kept me away from the crosstown dealership for almost 7 yrs. I decided to give crosstown one more chance while looking for a vehicle for my wife. The experience I had with Lou San Juan, Aaron Henderson & Dave Comrie is the reason I'm writing this review. They were professional in regards to making good business decisions for crosstown while taken into consideration the poor experience I had in the past & took it upon themselves to make it better. It's important for a dealership to sell vehicles, that's what keeps them in business but all three individuals did something that the prior sales rep & manager did not. Lou was able to present a vehicle (2014 Jeep North) that was right for my wife, Aaron negotiated in a manner that respected my prior poor experience and in a short period of time we were able to agree at a fair price. The experience was so positive that we not only bought a new vehicle for my wife but within an hour purchased a second vehicle. A used (2012 Chevy Camaro). Lou & Dave were both fun to deal with & again Dave negotiated in a manner that respected my prior poor experience.
