Very little time was wasted with the back and force negotiation, he came back with his best price and it beat every other quote I got. The other thing I liked was the no BS approach. I had a vehicle for trade in and instead of rolling the trade in with the asking price. Colin gave me a firm value for the trade first, then worked on the vehicle price. Made me feel like I was getting full value, unlike other dealers where the trade varied depending on what new vehicle I was looking at. Would recommend Crosstown as your final dealership, after you have quotes from around the city. More
