Not going here anymore! Beware the financial department. We told Jeremy that we were paying cash except for 5 thousand that we would finance at the bank. He said he could get it for us a 3.99%. He had to get the loan for the full amount 39,550$ plus, to be able to get it at 3.99%. Then the life insurance and the extra warranty were added on the 39,500$ plus. Someone held on to our $30,000 cheque from June 10th to July 2 until we got very agitated. The cheque was back dated to June 26. We still paid interest on the full loan and warranties til then. The warranties' full amount remained the same as we paid off another 4,000$, it didn't decrease. When we tried to pay off the loan it cost us over 550$ to cancel the life insurance. We have now cancelled our extended warranty also. What will that cost? I don't want to deal with Crosstown anymore. Beware, question add-ons, get papers for the life insurance and extended warranties to know what you are getting into before initialing the documents. We didn't know what the warranties covered and still don't. It's all legal but I feel frustrated with the experience and I've paid for my ignorance. Crosstown advertised a free gift with a purchase of a vehicle. We still did not get a free gift with our purchase as the ad promised. Was this the salesman's task? More

Jerry is awesome!!! Jerry is awesome. Our credit was bad & we tried alot of places but were denied bevause of bad credit and needing proof of income(my student income was Jerry is awesome. Our credit was bad & we tried alot of places but were denied bevause of bad credit and needing proof of income(my student income wasnt valid enough) and they needed a cosigner, we were referred to jerry and right off the hop, you can tell he was very friendly and he promised us that he would do everything he could to get us into a vehicle. And he did. Very quickly. I didnt need a cosigner. So lucky to have meet such an awesome man like that. He did an excellent job and didnt try to get us into something we didnt want like another guy that was there. Were a family of 6 and needed something bigger than a car. I recommend jerry everytime I hear a person is looking for a vehicle. He is the greatest! And he deserves an award for all the customers he makes happy and all the hard work he does. ???????? More

Great service in hard times I had some financial difficult maintaining payments on a vehicle that I bought in the summer of 2013 from crosstown. So I went in and Pat was able to I had some financial difficult maintaining payments on a vehicle that I bought in the summer of 2013 from crosstown. new vehicle 600 kms like any new vehicle owner when a check engine light came on at only 600 kms, I was freaked. I must say though that the staff and techs at Crosstown d like any new vehicle owner when a check engine light came on at only 600 kms, I was freaked. I must say though that the staff and techs at Crosstown did an excellent job of explaining what the issue was and keeping me informed of progress while they dealt with what was a new problem even for Chrysler engineering . Job well done. More
