I was not expecting the level of communication....the level of caring personalization.....the level of commitment or the amount of time Candace invested in me to find out exactly what I was looking for and her willingness to do the searching for me. Candace is the ONLY reason I went in to buy a new vehicle. Candace is just as friendly in person too! I chuckled when she asked if I had any more questions...how could I? They were all answered before I stepped foot into the doors! Candace introduced me to Adam.....a very personable young man to be sure! Easy to chat with, knowledgeable and made my buying experience very pleasant! He handled my questions and sent me on my test drive....put up with me trying to decide between the Cherokee or the Grand Cherokee Summit, gave me options and listened. A very important detail! He also found me the exact model and colour of the Summit, I ultimately choose, and I was on my way to the finance. Jocelyn was very efficient and easy to deal with. She answered any and all questions and trouble-shooted on how to get the paperwork to my husband. Fortunately my husband was in the area the next day! Answered his questions and we breezed through. I have NEVER had a car buying experience go so smoothly, so effortlessly and so pleasantly before! I especially want to commend Candace on her AFTER purchase follow up! Went to a different dealership and did not quite have the finesse nor the gumption to take that extra step to find this particular vehicle for me. Thought I would give Crosstown a try (at least that is what Bryan Hall always says). Went in, spoke with Don Perrot, let him know exactly what it was I was interested in and he did go that extra mile to locate one, bring it in rather quickly, and was a great person to deal with. As with dealing upstairs with Brittany Dyck, again she was tremendous, very personable and knowledgable.
