Each time, Trevor was there to patiently and thoroughly answer all questions and offer service that made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was friendly, funny and knowledgable and he put forth a good effort to fit me into a vehicle that would suit my needs and wants without completely breaking the bank. I appreciate how he made me feel like an important and valued customer. I would recommend him to friends and family. More

Welcoming & Friendly We have had bad experiences in the past at car dealerships so we were a bit leery of walking into Crosstown. The reason we went there was because a f We have had bad experiences in the past at car dealerships so we were a bit leery of walking into Crosstown. The reason we went there was because a family member had a good experience and recommended it to us. When we arrived a gentleman by the name of 'Moose' greeted us with a welcoming smile, not a deceptive smile but with genuine friendliness. He listened to what we were looking for and made a couple recommendations until we finally decided on the Jeep Cherokee North. He spent a lot of time with us paying attention to our needs and never made us feel rushed. He had to search a lot to find exactly what we wanted and it did take some time but he found it without compromise. We then were referred to Jeremy to deal with the financing of our purchase who also was very friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone we encountered was respectful and did there best to accommodate us, they seem to have a lot of fun working there, the only complaint my husband may have is that the big boss Robbie is rooting for the wrong NFL Team, but I guess we can overlook his bad taste there ??. Poor service, friendly staff I purchased a "new" vehicle from this dealership and when I got it the inside was dirty and smelling of cigarettes. It was said to be a managers demo, I purchased a "new" vehicle from this dealership and when I got it the inside was dirty and smelling of cigarettes. It was said to be a managers demo, so I understood and brought it in for a complimentary detail. When I picked it up it was still very dirty (coffee spills, greasy finger prints in cloth roof, etc.), I ended up cleaning it myself. During that experience I waited for the complimentary shuttle for over an hour before calling a taxi. A month later the engine light came on(frustrating for a brand new vehicle!), so I brought my vehicle in the be serviced. I dropped it off in the morning and was told I would be contacted by 2:30 with news. By 4:15pm I hadn't heard weather or not it was being fixed or anything. I called spoke with someone at the service department and they said it was almost finished up and I could come by to get it. I waited in the service department for an hour and a half with no news until finally they made an intercom announcement for an employee to help me.. Actually over about 20 minutes more they made several announcements with no one responding to them. I will mention my sales person was awesome! Although the staff and sales persons are very friendly and helpful, I have had a bad experience with service and quality. More
