Would not recommend for purchasing a vehicle...seemed like once I signed the paperwork they were done with me. Vehicle was missing stuff and finally got it over 2 months later. I stopped in for a question on the remote starter installed by Crosstown and was directed to Paolo. Paolo was very patient and understanding in showing me correct use of the remote start.
