The staff was very good in informing me on the vehicle as I had never test drove one or was at all familiar with the product. The did a great job in outlining extended warranty options and pricing for me considering I didn't 'buy' the vehicle. For a dealership that was essentially just signing over the vehicle, I was treated amazingly well by the staff there and they kept the excitement of the win going. I was very happy with the overall experience. I am generally a Ford guy, but this Jeep is great and the experience from the dealership was great. I will definitely go back when considering buying my next vehicle. More

Great Experience I went to the dealership with my husband to price out a truck we were interested in buying in the near future. We got to the dealership right before c I went to the dealership with my husband to price out a truck we were interested in buying in the near future. We got to the dealership right before closing and met Husny. He stayed and talked to us even though the dealership was closing and everyone else was going home. Husny was just a nice guy, friendly, polite and just easy to talk to. We made plans for a test drive the next day. Everything was ready when we showed up for the test drive, it was nice because we didn't have to wait for a plate or vehicle, ect. We also were not rushed on the actual time limit of our test drive. We were not planning on actually purchasing a truck for at least a month or two but the service we experienced was great and we just couldn't resist. Husny worked with us to get our vehicle exactly as we wanted it for a very reasonable price. It probably took us a couple weeks on our end to get everything together (insurance, deposit, paperwork). During this time we were never rushed or pressured to come in and get the deal complete. Husny was very pleasant each time we talked or met with him. He always made himself available, whether in person or by phone, to answer any questions we had even after we purchased our vehicle (and we contacted him lots). Jerry and Lyle were so wonderful to deal with. we went in to dealer to look at used vehicles first and then decided on new. did some research online as to what i wanted. i called to see if they had a specific vehicle in stock and talked to grant he d then decided on new. did some research online as to what i wanted. i called to see if they had a specific vehicle in stock and talked to grant he didn't try and pressure sell me he answered my questions. spent about 45 min on phone learning what i wanted and trying to find it. then he addressed my concerns about me being self employed and said he knew how to get financing in place for self employed people. the overall experience was great no high pressure sales. the dealership is very friendly they seem to know whos in dealership and how long they've been there and want to make sure someone is helping you and your being taken care of More

We were allowed to look at any vehicles we wanted with no pressure or hovering by many. When we wanted input he was easy to get ahold of and told us exactly what we wanted to know.
