We had gone to a few other dealerships and received prices for vehicles we were looking at that were four times out of our price range. It made researching for a vehicle stressful and distasteful. We made our way over to Crosstown where we met Moose. He was very friendly and eager to help us. Before we saw any vehicles, we sat down and chatted to get to know each other so he could find out what we were looking for in a vehicle, our price range and any special features we were hoping to get in a vehicle. He did a lot of research right away to see what he had available to show us and to be within our price range. Well did he show us something that was just right, meeting all of my needs. He went to work right away with the finance department and they got us the best deal . They sat down and showed us how and where we could save money in the long run. The day we went to pick up our vehicles we could truly see how they had gone above and beyond to make our experience the best one possible, not to mention all the surprises (good ones ) we received. Well - I started off wanting to buy a Toyota - - Until I walked into the Toyota dealership and was attacked by a pack of sales wolves, who ended up no Well - I started off wanting to buy a Toyota - - Until I walked into the Toyota dealership and was attacked by a pack of sales wolves, who ended up not knowing their product - - So my husband and I happily ended up going to Crosstown, and what a difference. Walking in the doors we have space to breath, two fellas were near reception having conversation and allowed us to approach them. This is when we met Colin. His opening line was "Is there someone I can help you find." Great first impression! He wasn't off the hop trying to sell us something or make a commission. We let Colin know we were just out for information and test drives today and he was happy to help us out even though he knew he wasn't making an instant sale. We test drove a Durango that day and also priced out Rams. We left feeling confident and ready to come back. We stayed in touch with Colin as we live a few hours outside of the city, unfortunately our hot water tank exploded so that put our purchase of a new vehicle off a bid. Colin stayed in contact with us every couple months just to see how everything was going - happily still not pressure sales going on. Finally I was ready to take the plunge. I emailed Colin to let him know it was time to make the purchase, he sent me pictures and specs of a new dodge ram and I asked him to check into a lease buy back as well. I still owed a chunk on a Fiesta I purchased a few years back so I needed to get some bang for my bucks...{as we all do} Colin brought in a 2013 Dodge Ram Hemi sport with Eco for me from another dealership and held it for me until I could make it into the city in a few days. I received a great deal on the truck - I couldn't really negotiate as they sold it for what private listings had online and I knew the black book on the truck as well. They were also great about taking my Fiesta and gave me more than they should have with the KM and condition of the car. Everyone at Crosstown was fantastic to me - - Amazing service + Great deal on a truck, deal on my trade in and a free gift of my choice. More

At Crosstown Auto Center, we didn't receive that same judgmental treatment. We also were given much more information than any other dealership we went to; and, to our surprise, were given a number of additional, complimentary add-ons that we certainly wouldn't have seen elsewhere. We would definitely recommend this specific dealership to other buyers, young and old, as they were genuine in their urge to help their customers, rather than simply sell to them. More
