We was about to give up on Dodge until we talked to these three people. Murry and trevor really took their time and made my wife feel evry relaxted and happy again. These guys went out of their way to answer any questiosn we had, and made sure any concerns was dealt with. They gave us the tour of the place to show us what is helping make Crosstown a great place to go. We drew up a deal and went to see Joy in financing, unfortunately we tooka hit on our credit from the last place, but Joy workeg her magice and got us a great term and a lower percentage that we was hoping for. I recomend Crosstown to anyone looking at this review. These guys really put the effort into what they. In todays world customer service lacks in many different areas, not only in vehicle sales but in all over varous industries. The rest of the dealership I would say is a solid 2. The service dept. over promises and under delivers. the finance dept took over 2 weeks to pay out my other loan resulting in a car payment being taken out of my bank for my prior car. The only way i would ever think of going back to Crosstown to buy another car would be If Adam was still working there! If not, off to another deal I would go. More

I dropped in to just look at a Jeep that I was interested in and was offered to test drive anything that I might like to try - I even took 1 home for the night to try out. Jennifer & Farid were patient and explained all my different options and gave me space and time to think about it. There was no pressure when I dropped the Jeep off to "buy it now". Just a "give me a call if you have any questions or want to try out something different". 2 days later they answered all my questions and I picked up my 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland today!! Brittany is professional, funny and friendly and explained every detail about the cost, breaking every option down for me. Jennifer took her time explaining the gadgets, system and how to set everything up before I drove off. Very friendly relaxed atmosphere - I never felt rushed or overwhelmed!! We had an average experience with Toyota, and then visited a different dodge dealership in the city where it felt like we were in a bad dream or a Seinfeld episode buying a vehicle. The atmosphere felt like a night club, the pace was chaotic, our salesman was trying to juggle us and another customer. They basically tried very hard to get us in a vehicle asap with as big a markup as possible. We left very upset. We decided to call Crosstown because I had purchased a Dakota there in the past and was happy with the deal. We got Murray as our salesman and over the phone he found us several different vans and dealt directly with my wife who was the buyer and made sure she was happy with the choice. (The 'other dealership' didn't give much value to her opinion although it was her purchase). She had specific wants and needs for her vehicle so Murray found several different trim levels and options before she found the right one. When we did, we drove to Crosstown and found the atmosphere very relaxed without the high pressure sales tactics. Jerry was the sales manager who gave us a very good deal, and Joy was the finance manager who made sure we knew all the details before signing. It had a great kids area, since it was about an hour and a half after all was said and done, so keeping the kids entertained was important. We ended up leaving the dealership feeling great about the van that we wanted and a very fair price where the salesman made a little and we weren't "railroaded". We also got a sweet PS3 as a special gift we didn't expect which I can play in the back seat with the A/V hook ups in the van, while my wife drives lol. In the future this is the dealership I'd come back to and strongly recommend to anyone. Upon leaving, my wife called her friend who just recently purchased a similar van from Crosstown, and she seemed to have the same story and experience we had. They were very happy!! As were we!! My previous vehicle was involved in an accident and was a complete wright off. I called Adam and explained to him what happened and what I needed in my next vehicle. He did a good job listening to my requests in a and found me a truck that perfectly suited my needs and was $4000.00 under my budget. I used to be nervous and afraid to walk into a dealership because of a few bad experiences in dealing with sales people. Crosstown makes me feel very comfortable and I have referred many of my close friends and family to shop there. More

I had shopped around to all of the other jeep dealerships in Edmonton, and decided to purchase from Crosstown solely based on service. The price and trade in value was basically the same at all of the dealerships but the professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond sealed my decision. I will defiantly recommend this dealership and more importantly I would absolutely recommend the two people I dealt with. Thanks guys.. I love my new car. More

They found me the right truck and put together a package that worked great for me. This is the reason why I returned to Crosstown Auto Center and traded up to my new 2014 Laramie which I feel is the Cadillac of RAM trucks. In particular, I want to mention Farid Fadaie because he was the sales professional for both purchases and is an asset to this dealership. Lyle Najjar was the professional finance manager who handled all of the banking process and did a fine job. Pat Savoie was the product specialist who showed us all of the features that the new Laramie has to offer. I recommend the Crosstown Auto Centre dealership to anyone who wants to do business with the right people and get the best service when looking to meet their vehicle needs. Great Job! Mark H. More

Too be honest, Crosstown was not the first place we planned to shop at when looking for vehicles but I'm glad we made the trip. I think it was about -20-ish outside that day and windchill temperatures close to the -30 degree mark. When we first pulled into the parking lot Armin was waiting outside and greeted us with a smile. Armin then took us into his office and went over the list of items most important to us and what we really required for our new purchase. Armin went outside and pulled a few vehicles right to the front door so we could take a closer look at a few of the options available and take them for a test drive. Three test-drives later we found the best pick of the ones driven and exceeded our list of requirements for the new purchase. After a bit of haggling with Armin and Dave we came to a great price that fit our budget. We then took the paperwork up the Brittany to finalize all the numbers. We had left the new purchase at the dealership to finish up some work on the truck and have a full top-bottom detailing done on the truck for the next day. Unfortunately the next day, the detailing did not get completed so it would be another day of waiting before the new purchase could be picked up. Around 7pm on the following day, I finally got to pick-up the RAM truck. Everything looked great and was ready to go...or so I thought. After a day or so I realized the detailing work was very poor and there was dog hair all over in the grooves of the truck seats. Being the family man that I am, I had no extra time to take the truck back for another whole day of 'detailing' work that never happened. So I ended up completing a full top-bottom clean myself so that it would be done correctly. Overall I had a great sales experience at crosstown, but the lack of detailing work subtracts from the customer service expectation at this location. More
