I wouldn't entrust my van with any other shop Since the day we bought our van from Crosstown we have never had any other shop look after it other than Crosstown. Each and every service appointment with them has always been a great (take note "GREAT") experience! Our family has already decided that even though we know there is a premium whenever you service your vehicle with a dealer, that is a price we are willing to pay because we would rather have a tip-top vehicle each and every time we use the van rather than risk the safety of my passengers (specifically my family) when go on road trips or just bring the kids to school. Three years after we bought the van from Crosstown, no major issues. Each appointment Crosstown completes it with excellent service, from the moment I drive into the lot till I retrieve my vehicle I have no complaint... just compliments. Today's service with Mike Ryan was exceptional. Clear communication, direct to the point, excellent suggestions and customer-oriented. The last one was very evident today when he had to postpone a colleagues request for information because he was not finished talking to me about my own requests. Good job, Mike!! Then when we did end up purchasing a 2013 dodge journey he was so excited for us he was almost bouncing with energy. He also walked us over to financing and then we meet Jeremy Hamilton he was also so happy and helped us to make sure we understood everything there. Then when we were done with finance Jeremy walked with us out. He also keep congratulating us. Over all everyone I seen working there had wonderful smiles on and full of excitement and energy. These guys went out of their way to answer any questiosn we had, and made sure any concerns was dealt with. They gave us the tour of the place to show us what is helping make Crosstown a great place to go. We drew up a deal and went to see Joy in financing, unfortunately we tooka hit on our credit from the last place, but Joy workeg her magice and got us a great term and a lower percentage that we was hoping for. I recomend Crosstown to anyone looking at this review. These guys really put the effort into what they. The service dept. over promises and under delivers. the finance dept took over 2 weeks to pay out my other loan resulting in a car payment being taken out of my bank for my prior car. The only way i would ever think of going back to Crosstown to buy another car would be If Adam was still working there! If not, off to another deal I would go. More
