Very little time was wasted with the back and force negotiation, he came back with his best price and it beat every other quote I got. The other thing I liked was the no xx approach. I had a vehicle for trade in and instead of rolling the trade in with the asking price. Colin gave me a firm value for the trade first, then worked on the vehicle price. Made me feel like I was getting full value, unlike other dealers where the trade varied depending on what new vehicle I was looking at. Would recommend Crosstown as your final dealership, after you have quotes from around the city. More

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD THE KIND OF HORRENDOUS SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THIS DEALERSHIP IS STILL UP AND RUNNING!!! I ARRIVED W I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD THE KIND OF HORRENDOUS SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THIS DEALERSHIP IS STILL UP AND RUNNING!!! I ARRIVED WITH MY TRUCK AT 7AM FOR AN OIL CHANGE, I WAS THE FIRST PERSON THERE WITH NO ONE IN FRONT OF ME. IT WAS OVERE AN HOUR AND I HAD TO LEAVE TO GET TO WORK ON TIME. I ASKED FOR A SHUTTLE AND WAS LAUGHED AT VERY RUDELY, I WOULD THINK THAT AN HOUR IS MORE THEN LONG ENOUGH TO GET AN OIL CHANGE DONE. SO I ENDED UP RUNNING ALL THE WAY TO MY WORK BECAUSE A CAB WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO LONG. I WENT BACK TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE AT 11AM, I STOOD IN FRONT OF SHEILA FOR OVER 10 MIUTES WATCHING HER RUN AROUND LIKE A CHICKEN WITH HER HEAD CUT OFF AND NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO PROPERLY MANAGE HER TIME TO COMPLETE THE ONE TASK IN FRONT OF HER. AFTER RUNNING ALL OVER FOR 10 MINUTES SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO WALK OVER TO THREE OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAD WALKED IN FAR BEHIND ME TO EXPLAIN THAT THERE WAS AN EXTREMELY LONG WAIT AND THAT THEY SHOULD BE FULLY PREPARED TO WAIT HOURS TO GET ANYTHING DONE ON THEIR VEHICLES WHICH LED THESE PEOPLE TO LEAVE ALL TOGETHER. WHILE ENDING HER SPEACH WITH THESE PEOPLE I PIPED UP AND SAID I WOULD NOT LIKE TO WAIT AS MY TRUCK HAD BEEN THERE SINCE 7AM!! ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS PAY AND DRIVE AWAY AND THAT WAS NOW ABOUT 20 MINUTES INTO MY WAIT TIME. ONCE I EXPRESSED THIS SHEILA'S ATTITUDE WHEN TO xxxx AND SHE WAS BEYOND RUDE IN EVERYTHING SHE SAID AND DID, THE ATTITUDE WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY AND HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. AFTER THEN RUNNING AROUND TRYING TO FIND MY BILL AND THEN EVENTUALLY MY KEYS….. I WAS TAKEN TO THE FRONT COUNTER TO PAY. ONLY THEN TO BE GREETED WITH THE SAME HORRIFIC ATTITUDE AND MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! ALSO, AFTER READING THE REVIEWS I HONESTLY DONT KNOW HOW THEY HAVE ANY BUSINESS AT ALL.
