Trade In My boyfriend and I had been looking at trading in my car for a while, (previous vehicle - Cadillac CTS) and I have always loved Jeeps . We started by looking online and immediately finding a Jeep that caught our eye, and Jerry made it so easy to take the Jeep for an over night test drive . Coming back the next morning he assured us that he would do everything he could to meet our needs (monthly payments, buying price ect.). We were quickly greeted, and brought in to speak with Jerry, who had nothing but great news for us, he got us the best price, as well as met all of our needs. Our overall experience at CrossTown was awesome all thanks to Jerry, who made us feel comfortable and who was up front and honest throughout everything, and was so easy to get a hold of for any questions or concerns. New Ram Truck As Advertised. After having a bad experience at a previous Dodge dealer about an advertise truck on the internet, Crosstown called me. I informed them of the issue I had with the other dealer and that not only did they not have the said truck on the lot that Chrysler had advertised on the internet for $27,498.00 but they informed me it was a single cab plain Jane with no options what so ever. I felt this was border line false advertising as it had shown a Laramie quad cab 4x4. I did see that in small print it explained that it was the Laramie shown and not the actual truck that was on sale [Not Cool!] which is my first xxxxx, second being it was vague on exactly what was being offered. Well Candace Feduik [person who called from Crosstown] explained they in fact had one and it wasn't plain Jane. She had Husny Ismael take some pictures and emailed them to me. After seeing the pictures and the list of options I said I'd come look at the truck. Husny was very polite and patient with me and showed me the truck while listening to me complain about the previous dealer [very patient man]. He answered all my questions and let me take the truck back to my house in ST.Albert for my wife to look at as she wasn't feeling well. Need less to say we bought the truck. Husny gave us a great deal on both our trade in and on the extra's we wanted on this truck. After the great experience we had dealing with Husny [and the rest of the team there] my wife and I are considering another purchase from him, possible a four door Fiat for my wife. Great Trade Experience and Great Service!! Brought our 2010 Dodge Ram in for servicing (again) and when we realized that the warranty was over right away, we decided that given the issues we ha Brought our 2010 Dodge Ram in for servicing (again) and when we realized that the warranty was over right away, we decided that given the issues we had been having with that truck it was time to look at the new 2014 Ram's and all that they offer. Aaron was great with listening to our past experience with our 2010 (which he had originally sold to us) and did everything he could to help us trade that one in on the new 2014...beginning with sending us home with a 2014 to test drive. We loved it and all the improvements over the 2010 and within no time (couple of hours) we heard from Aaron what we would be getting for a trade in value on the 2010 and we were very happy with all the numbers so we proceeded with signing the paperwork and beginning the deal. We had to come back the next day to see a truck that had all or options that Aaron had found for us and we were supposed to see a specific salesman who was supposed to have it ready for us but when we got there...that salesman was out for supper with his family. We were a bit sad and confused about the miss-communication that seemed to be happening but suddenly Mohammed Shuke showed up and saved the day (and the sale!!). Within moments he made a quick phone call to Aaron and even went out into the muddy storage yard to pick up a truck for us to see. We sat in it for minutes, went over what he needed to have installed on it (new hood/tuxedo cover, step up bars, etc.) and he promised us he could deliver....and he did! He was great with stepping up to help out (cover for) whom ever was supposed to be there for us, and from that moment on I decided I would only deal with Mohammed! He even accepted a transfer call from the dealership to his cell phone on his day off to answer a question for me!! He was professional, funny, calming, and respectful! Couldn't have asked for a better sales man! We dealt with Jeremy for our financing, and it happened to be on a night when he had many people wanting to see him, so although we had to wait for 45 min to speak to him...he was fast, concise and to the point which I appreciated. He had our history from our previous purchase, and gave us the same packages we had with a few changes to reflect our goals of paying it off quickly. He even went above and beyond and gave us his cell phone number for texting/calling if we had any questions or concerns at all. He was great and although it was probably the fastest financing he ever wrote up, I didn't feel rushed at all! Back when we bought our 2010 we were hoping to deal with Dave Comrie because or neighbors had bought their truck from him, but he connected us with Aaron Henderson and we were happy that he did! Aaron has always acknowledged us when we are in the dealership (for servicing or just to look around) and remembers everything about us....from taking our 2010 Ram all the way to San Diego to how big our two boys have gotten....he pays attention to details and because of that we knew the best way to start this trade was by asking for him! Given his new role at Crosstown Aaron connected us with Mohammed and the rest is history! I would recommend Crosstown (and have many times) and more specifically I would highly recommend Aaron Henderson and Mohammed Shuke! You won't regret meeting them and telling them what you want! They will find a way to make it happen!!! More

In the first 5 min. of intro and disclosure of our being there for, we knew that we were at the right place with the right sale rep. proceeding to show us "only" what we were after. Once the decision was reach and test drive done, then came time for financing with Marko Kamal, again feel good experience was at the rendez vous as well. Both Hanna and Marko were direct to the point to our expectation along with positive association's attached to the boredom of buying a car.
