At both dealerships, the customer service was lacking and we got the distinct impression that the staff did not want to help us because we were looking for a good deal on a vehicle with low profit margins - a Grand Caravan. I also work for a company that has an agreement with Dodge Canada that makes me eligible for an extremely good deal on all Chryslers and Dodges. This seemed to turn off the staff at the other dealerships and they were far from helpful. Our experience at Crosstown couldn't have been different. From the moment we arrived on the lot, the salesman who helped us, Shuke, treated us amazingly. He worked with us to get the exact model of Grand Caravan that we wanted, with all the options we needed (and no high-priced extras that we didn't want). He negotiated with his manager to get us a better price than we expected. He showed us all of the costs we would be charged and was very transparent about any charges that weren't included in the sticker price. He did an excellent job. More

While my car was in the shop i gandered my way throught the new showroom, & the fiat showroom -maybe not my style- but everything was displayed nice and clean. Walked towards a building that said used. Checking out some jeeps, and a gentleman, approached me with "has someone helped you?" "Just browsing thankyou, my vehicles just in shop" well he introduced me to this beautiful 2012 300. It would be nice to have something that magnifecent, but i have my own vehicle with low payments. The nice serviceadvisore later explained to me my car requires 1000's of dollars for the transmission service and other maintenance. I'm 21, going to school, and i'm in this situation. I went to this man and said... ...and he said "a hardworker like you, deserves a car like that." I ended up missing most of my day of work but i understand he was a busy man with customers before me. i can see why he's so busy. The wait was well worth it because he kept my payments affordable for me and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders with his efforts and inspiring words. Now i have a vehicle that will last me for years, and i absolutely love it, worry free. Thank you Dwayne and everyone else that truely went over the edge to make a good impression. More
