What initially stood out about Crosstown, and more specifically the the sales consultant that assisted me, was his quick response, eagerness to help me find exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price and his excellent communication. They took my email inquiry seriously, and went to work right away locating the perfect vehicle not only for my needs but also catering to the specifics that I wanted. They always returned messages promptly, and when I requested information if they did not have it immediately, they were always able to find the answer to what I was inquiring about and get back to me in a timely manner, as they said that they would. My phone calls were always answered and returned in a reasonable amount of time as well, regardless of the importance of the call they always seemed to treat them all with a sense of urgency which I appreciated. When I went into the dealership to see the vehicles and discuss my options they were extremely knowledgeable not only with the vehicles themselves but also in the various options and products available to each model. The staff were all very friendly, I was never left to wait long, and even while waiting it was never long before I was asked if I needed anything, or needed help finding something or someone. I was always greeted when I walked into the dealership and always offered coffee or a refreshment while I was there. My sales consultant was able to find the vehicle I was looking for fairly quickly and was able to have it delivered to the dealership in a day. The purchase was painless and I was offered a fair price on my trade without having to haggle. They took the time to explain the details of the final sale and made sure that I was comfortable and completely satisfied with my experience and my purchase when it was time to drive my new Jeep off of the lot. It was quite honestly the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. I found the staff were always friendly, and helpful, and never too pushy, which is another one of the things I enjoyed about my experience at Crosstown, why I chose to purchase my vehicle there, and why I would certainly do business with them again. More

You Have a Keeper I have purchased my last three vehicles at Crosstown but I have been using Greatwest Chysler as my servicing shop. When I bought my first Caravan from I have purchased my last three vehicles at Crosstown but I have been using Greatwest Chysler as my servicing shop. When I bought my first Caravan from Crosstown, I had just moved to Edmonton, the service on the sales floor was excellent and I assumed the quality of service in servicing would be the same. I was really disappointed, I took my vehicle in to have some work done on the vehicle, it was to take about two hours and so I booked an appointment and bought the van in at 0800, and was told they would work on it immediately and they would phone me on my cell when it was ready, they knew I required the car in the afternoon as I had a meeting in Calgary that evening. I waited for the phone call and I waited, by noon I went back to the Dealership and the car was outside, it must be ready, went into servicing and they had removed the parts and found out the parts they had ordered for me had been used on another vehicle and my car would not be ready till Monday and they hadn't even bothered to call me. To say the least I was not happy because now I did not have a vehicle to get to Calgary. I contacted Budget and luckily they had a vehicle for me, I rented it and made my meeting in Calgary, to make a long story short, I got my car back on the following Wednesday after I phoned and found out the vehicle was actually ready at 1pm on the Tuesday, again they hadn't phoned me. Giving the Dealership the benifit of the dought I took a chance with Crosstown again and again I had terrible service again. I started using Great West after that with much better service. I purchased my Grand Caravan three years later from Crosstown and the next time I had servicing I went back to crosstown and again the service was terrible, and returned to Great West. I bought my Journey from Crosstown three years ago and never even thought of going back to Crosstown for servicing. Last week I had a very slow leak in my rear tire and because Great West was to busy to give me immeadiate service they phoned Crosstown and was told that I could take it in yeasterday. As soon as I got there I was introduced to Shelia Tufts, she asked me if I wanted to wait it would be about an hour or I could leave the car, which I did. She arranged for a courtesy driver to drive me home, after abut two hours she phoned and told me the tire could not be repaired, and told me I would have to purchase a new tire, She also mentioned that since the other tires were equaly worn that I should think of purchasing four new tires. She gave me a choice of three different tires (Good, Better, and Best), I made my choice and she also suggested that I should get the vehicle aligned. The tire I had chosen were not at Crosstown, but she made arragements for the tires to be brought to the Dealership by 3:30 PM. She told me that they would not be able to to mount the tires, balance and replace the valve stems and allign the vehicle before closing, so suggested if I needed the vehicle for the evening they could put my spare on, pick me up, and give me the car, and I could bvring the vehile back in the morning. I told her actually I needed the car the next day as I had a meeting at City Hall in the morning and then a meeting at the military base in the afternoon. She again suggested another alternative, she was going to see if she could get one of the mechanics to stay overtime and get me the vehicle back tonight. She phoned me back and told me that the car would be ready between six and six-thirty, and asked if I could arrange for a ride to the dealership, I said that I could not but I told her to arrangeme a pick up at home the following morning and that was alright with me. She phoned me again at 7:00PM and told me she had the keys in her hand and that the car was ready. This was exceptional service, throughout the whole day. Sheila went above and beyond, even staying overtime. She has sold me on the service at Crosstown and not only will I be buying my next vehicle at Crosstown but because of this service I will be using this dealership for everything. This morning she had the driver pick me up, and bring me to the dealersip, and because she was busy dealing with another customer, one of your customer service associates, invited me to enjoy pancakes and sausages and coffee, you were laying on for your employees. The worst service I've ever encountered, I purchased my brand new dodge dart at crosstown. Not only did they fail to honor the sales deal, by never supplying floor mats as promised, they ruin I purchased my brand new dodge dart at crosstown. Not only did they fail to honor the sales deal, by never supplying floor mats as promised, they ruined my car after I took it to the auto body shop. After 1month of my new car being in the shop, yes 1MONTH,I went to pick it up and much to my dismay there was debris under the new paint job, the panels didn't align, and the "glue" used to fuse the panels WD visiable.i complained and refused to take it as is, so they said they needed 3 more days.after one day, it was apparently done. Except nothing was fixed, as they stated "they can't do anything","not even new cars are prefect" etc. they kept giving more excuses and ensue to even acknowledge any problems. They also refused to accept responsibility for not completing the "Starcar" program standars throat TD INSURANCE, by refusing to clean the outside, or vacuum the inside-which is extremely unprofessional. This wouldn't be such a big deal, expect I affect my electronic car seat mover-due to all the debris. I will never be taking me service here ask an, and have taken my matter not only to the insurance company who are in association with them, but higher. Having the manager of the shop as rug you off saying "whatever" and laughing in your face, I hope there business eventually fails with such a poor attuned towards customer service and quality repairs. This place is a pathetic joke of a business. More

Happy I took the plunge! I was a bit hesitant to start looking for a new vehicle, but I was convinced that it was time to trade in my 10-year-old SUV if I could find something I was a bit hesitant to start looking for a new vehicle, but I was convinced that it was time to trade in my 10-year-old SUV if I could find something I liked. Murray and Justin encouraged me to take a few different vehicles out for a test drive until I found something I loved and was comfortable making a decision. Having the two of them to work with was especially helpful as there was always someone there when we dropped by or called. The financial part of the transaction was super easy with Joy at the wheel. I am now the proud owner of a new 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel!! More

Over the past year, I have had my Chrysler 300C in for various servicing and warranty work and Chris my service advisor has been exceptional in helping to ensure every concern I had was addressed or referred to the right person. For items that required furthur evaluation, I was referred to either Brian or Russell. Both of these individuals are not only knowledgable, but they have exceptional skills in dealing with customers, and seem to have the motto - "dont worry we are going to do whatever it takes to solve the problem"; and they do just that. Great Service department with great employees! More
