Never again While the scoring is odd, this was my experience. Called the dealer to get a quote on a vehicle to compare to another dealer. We drove across town to look at the vehicle. A deal was made using my truck as a trade-in. Once things went to finance that's were it turned bad. The sales manager told me that I would get a cheque for 2 months payments on the loan. Its been a month and I have had to call them over 12 times and still DON"T have things settled with the finance side of things. Apparently it wasn't communicated to the finance guy that I was to get 2 months pay, so he washes his hands of it, and the sales manager won't return my calls I have great credit and NEVER had to go through this much crap before. Not even in December when we bought our last new vehicle. I should have just returned the vehicle to them and given them the keys back. Crosstown is Awesome Greatwest Sucks! Once again crosstown Was great.This was our 3rd vehicle bought from Tj,Jeremy and the boys. Crosstown is a ten out of ten They will even shoot you straight on finance, Jeremy took the time to share with us ways to save interest on our loan etc and answered our 101 questions with no problem. There service department is also much better then greatwests.At greatwest i took my 2010 jeep srt8 in for an oil change once, they spilled oil all over my engine and didn't say anything. They over filled my engine oil by half a litre and didn't even inform me of the 30$ price increase before it was done all With no apology.I called Tj and he help me deal with greatwests aftermath and went out of his way for us. Danny in used sales Saved our bacon as my wife called for a vary specific vehicle, to our suprise he had just gotten one in and put it aside for us aswell as it was Much cheaper then greatwests offer with more options and 6000 less kms.
