Distracted at work nearly kills brand new engine I have left out the name of the service rep as i am not sure if the name on the paper work is the name of the gentleman who serviced our Jeep. I sh I have left out the name of the service rep as i am not sure if the name on the paper work is the name of the gentleman who serviced our Jeep. I should be very clear and indicate that this review is for the quick service lube/oil center and not the general service area. The fellow servicing our Jeep was distracted from the start and did not seem sure of himself but i gave him the benefit of the doubt and sat patiently while he did his work. Please keep in mind this was for a basic filter and oil change. Service was fair up until the end when the fellow asked my wife, who was in the driver seat, to turn the engine on. The hair on the back of my neck stood straight up and my stomach got that sinking feeling. the Engine kicked over and immediately sounded rough. I looked to the dash to see the low oil light..and that's when it hit me.. he had forgotten to fill the oil after draining it. The service fellow, remembering his mistake. yelped for us to turn off the engine. Now I realize mistakes are made and everyone is human, but this kind of basic oversight is just fatal and could have potentially killed my brand new 2014 jeep Cherokee. Points to note, my wife had been out of the vehicle and I had been answering a call from family during some of the work being done. I do not expect that I need to keep a constant vigil on a service tech for something as basic as an oil change!!!. The engine was running for less than 10 seconds without oil and I have high hopes there was no damage done but I will NOT be going back to Crosstown for service period end of story. Please note that I have the utmost respect for the sales staff.. there made our purchase a dream.. would/will buy from them again, just wont go near the service. More

Service centre I took my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi truck in for the 50,000km service and had a few difficult moments, the shuttle service left a little late which I took my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi truck in for the 50,000km service and had a few difficult moments, the shuttle service left a little late which in turn got me to work late. The next driver that picked me up at work was 25 minutes late picking me up and during our drive back to Crosstown the shuttle service driver experienced a flat tire on the Whitemud drive. So I called Mike and he stated to me that he would wait for me until I got back and had my truck and he did. As we were going over the paperwork I noticed there was an error in the invoice as I was charged for work I did not receive and Mike worked it out with a credit note. I find now my truck does not have the same power it had before the service and I mentioned it to Mike that since the spark plugs were changed my truck hesitates and the power is less then before. He will book my truck in to be corrected. Having Mike as my service adviser has made my experience a little better but the Service dept and the billing dept need some serious improvement as I expect my vehicle to run better after service then it did before service and I want to see more accurate invoices and not be charged for work I did not receive. At One Dealer The sales guy told us to wait 10min he's just finishing with Another Guest and will be able to help us, I was okay with that we WAITED 25mins my wife walks to the reception area to have the sales guy that told us to wait 10Mins paged she said " He's Gone Home For the Day and that he's back in at 9am Tomorrow" we Couldn't believe what a xxxxxxx move that was. So Don't Go to Capital Jeep....... On Our Way home After spending More that Half Our day with all these So Called Dealers I called Crosstown Explained what I was looking for and What I don't want as I did with the other Guys. Jerry Joseph Said " I Have Exactly what Your Looking For " So Me and the wife go And See Jerry Joseph And Mani Hanna They Showed me the 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Laramie in White I was Looking for and as Me and My Wife was looking thru the Truck Jerry Pulled out the Factory Built List for this Truck and Confirming it has all the Features and Option I was Looking for, Once that was done and we like what we saw Jerry hands me the keys to the truck and said go for a nice long drive, take it home show the kids or go finish up our Costco Shopping that my wife's waiting to do. I tried giving him my Driver info And Visa # Like the other Guys ask for Before Test Drive But Jerry Refused He said "You Guys went thru enough Crap Today and Still Giving Me the time of day to help you, so why would I waste any second of your time taking ur driver info and visa down." ......... I had Drove this truck for 2 hours and loved every Second of it And Bought it Jerry Joseph And Mani Hanna Hands Down May Be the BEST PRODUCT SPECIALISTs. All You so Called Dealers Have ALOT to Learn from these too. I Know its not hard to sell a Vehicle especially with all Info you can get on the internet about anything. Great Deal warm welcoming from the staff I walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect as well as not wanting to purchase a vehicle a first (lol).
