EXCELLENT ALL AROUND SERVICE Tony has been so far the BEST and most HONEST salesman we have ever dealt with. He showed us multiple vehicles, with different options and once we settled on a vehicle and price he showed us all the payment options, interest rates and let us choose the best payment that worked for us. The manager assisted in making sure that we are getting the best deal. The funny finance guy Mario made sure that we got the extended service warranty and granted our request on having the payments come out when we want them too. Tony before we left, double checked the paper work and had the mistake in the paper work corrected. They allowed us to exchange our normal gift to something from the parts department. Tony made sure the vehicle is 100% before leaving the dealership. Due to the fact that we live far away they arranged to deliver the vehicle to us free of charge. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Tony and we will never go to a different Chrysler dealer ever again. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a vehicle dealership. More

Feeling Good I walked into Crosstown with some hesitation. I have not had a good relationship with a few dealer I have met along the way and was wondering if the I walked into Crosstown with some hesitation. I have not had a good relationship with a few dealer I have met along the way and was wondering if the last deal I had made with a dealer from a different part of the province was going to be my last good deal. I email earlier about a particular truck and in a very short time "Moose" had emailed me back. I told him what I was looking for and he asked me to come down because he had a truck in mind for me (you see I need a bench in the front and they are now like trying to find the Holy Grail). I went down the next day and Moose immediately greeted me. I was also a bit apprehensive to come with three of my young kids (my wife was in England with the oldest) however, they have an excellent play structure inside and TV area that kept my kids entertained. I never felt pressured while I was there and managed to get a truck that is about 5% away from my perfect truck for the price, it didn't have a sunroof (that's pretty good in my books to get that close). The big thing is for me when I drove away in my new truck I didn't feel like I had just been robbed blind like I have in the past. I would without hesitation recommend seeing Moose and the Crosstown team if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks, Trevor More

negative thoughts about setting foot into a dealership..GONE As a single girl shopping for a new vehicle I was dreading the negotiation process. I said what I wanted he made it happen and shortly I said good bye to my trade in car was off with my new Jeep same day. Jerry explained all my vehicle options and set up my navigation system for me, really appreciated that and also Lyle did up my paperwork very efficiently. Over Charge for Repairs I brought my Dodge Neon in to these guys for a wheel alignment and these guys charge way way to much. I already knew that I needed a wheel alignment I brought my Dodge Neon in to these guys for a wheel alignment and these guys charge way way to much. I already knew that I needed a wheel alignment so I brought my car in and was charged a diagnostic fee for a wheel alignment. They also charged me an hour labor to install camber bolts. All together I was billed for three hours to do a one hour book time job. When I arrived to pick up my car, I asked them "Where is my car parked?" They responded and pointed "It is outside in the parking lot". What a joke. My total repair bill came out to just over $700 for a wheel alignment and oil change. I will never go to Crosstown Dodge ever again and I don't recommend this place to my friends. More
