We are so very pleased with our experience and our new Jeep Everyone is going to laugh but this is going to be a typical Manny Hanna type of review, we walked no intention to buy, we walked out with paper work Everyone is going to laugh but this is going to be a typical Manny Hanna type of review, we walked no intention to buy, we walked out with paper work signed to pick up our new Jeep Cherokee in a week(our timeline choice due to additions we wanted on the vehicle). Manny was amazing, he had answers to our questions on the spot, he focused in on what mattered to us on the vehicle we wanted (we had already researched up the Jeep online). So far in a little over 6 days we have 700km on the new Jeep and it is stellar, mileage, comfort, we got everything we needed in our new vehicle thanks to Manny. Manny accomplished in a little over 1.5 hours what took the last dealer 3. Manny tracked down a vehicle that was still coming in to the dealership on delivery on a Friday of a long weekend no less. after the Vehicle had landed Manny insisted we come look at it before any one had a chance to touch it and I quote " I want to make sure it is exactly what you want and nobody touch it's yours you be the first." Brittany was a magnificent bonus to this deal, she went above and beyond to explain the paper work to myself and my wife. Not only did she do that she explained a few things on the paper work of my trade in that allowed me to get a return on funds that I am now able to put towards items on my new Jeep Cherokee. If you are looking at a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge product I cannot tell you enough times, go talk to Manny he is amazing sales person, low stress straight forward, no hassles. I really appreciate that he truly cared about the quality of the work and customer service. It's not often you find a shop you can trust and know they have your best interest at heart. They even had it ready earlier than expected, I was in and out so quick which was extremely convenient. I have used their shuttle service in the past and loved how easy it was to get a ride to and from crosstown when I had to drop off my vehicle. Crosstown is the best! Wouldn't buy a vehicle or get it serviced anywhere else. People you can trust and quality service always! More

Distracted at work nearly kills brand new engine I have left out the name of the service rep as i am not sure if the name on the paper work is the name of the gentleman who serviced our Jeep. I should be very clear and indicate that this review is for the quick service lube/oil center and not the general service area. The fellow servicing our Jeep was distracted from the start and did not seem sure of himself but i gave him the benefit of the doubt and sat patiently while he did his work. Please keep in mind this was for a basic filter and oil change. Service was fair up until the end when the fellow asked my wife, who was in the driver seat, to turn the engine on. The hair on the back of my neck stood straight up and my stomach got that sinking feeling. the Engine kicked over and immediately sounded rough. I looked to the dash to see the low oil light..and that's when it hit me.. he had forgotten to fill the oil after draining it. The service fellow, remembering his mistake. yelped for us to turn off the engine. Now I realize mistakes are made and everyone is human, but this kind of basic oversight is just fatal and could have potentially killed my brand new 2014 jeep Cherokee. Points to note, my wife had been out of the vehicle and I had been answering a call from family during some of the work being done. I do not expect that I need to keep a constant vigil on a service tech for something as basic as an oil change!!!. The engine was running for less than 10 seconds without oil and I have high hopes there was no damage done but I will NOT be going back to Crosstown for service period end of story. Please note that I have the utmost respect for the sales staff.. there made our purchase a dream.. would/will buy from them again, just wont go near the service. More
Service centre I took my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi truck in for the 50,000km service and had a few difficult moments, the shuttle service left a little late which I took my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi truck in for the 50,000km service and had a few difficult moments, the shuttle service left a little late which in turn got me to work late. The next driver that picked me up at work was 25 minutes late picking me up and during our drive back to Crosstown the shuttle service driver experienced a flat tire on the Whitemud drive. So I called Mike and he stated to me that he would wait for me until I got back and had my truck and he did. As we were going over the paperwork I noticed there was an error in the invoice as I was charged for work I did not receive and Mike worked it out with a credit note. I find now my truck does not have the same power it had before the service and I mentioned it to Mike that since the spark plugs were changed my truck hesitates and the power is less then before. He will book my truck in to be corrected. Having Mike as my service adviser has made my experience a little better but the Service dept and the billing dept need some serious improvement as I expect my vehicle to run better after service then it did before service and I want to see more accurate invoices and not be charged for work I did not receive.
