1st vehcile in my life with regreting issues. Sales people are great. Good customer service but finance department sucks. Finance person sold me insurance when I bought it but I realize next day Sales people are great. Good customer service but finance department sucks. Finance person sold me insurance when I bought it but I realize next day that I shouldn't have got that one. Went to dealership multiple time and they said I cant change it although I was fine with my extended warranty to keep it but not with some other portion of insurance. After long time when I was going thru my paper work it says you have 30 days to change it. My point is why u lie to people if u already know the answer??? because for commission? you might get some portion but as a client I am loosing a lot which I didn't want exactly. Emailed Chrysler Canada no response. Got a experience 1st time in my life. wont happen again. More
