Never never never I purchased my truck from Crosstown and after many issues finally got things sorted out, when I purchased it part of the deal was for them to move my I purchased my truck from Crosstown and after many issues finally got things sorted out, when I purchased it part of the deal was for them to move my winter tires from my old truck to the new one, it took them 5 hours and much complaining from me, honestly I could have had my 12 year old do it in half the time, they damaged my tonneau cover moving it and didnt secure it properly as well, fast forward to May when I went to change my winter tires got the first tire off and realized every single tire stud was stripped completely, no wonder it took them 5 hrs to put the tires on they damaged them so badly I'm lucky my tires were even still on my truck!!! It was so bad I couldn't even put the winter tire back on to take it in and have it repaired. I brought my truck back they did replace the studs which took all day I asked several times to see the truck and told them I wanted to see the studs before they put my tires back on, I was refused! Wonder why?? Two weeks later I got paperwork in the mail called to clarify some things and was told someone would call me back it's now been a week with me leaving 3 messages and no one returning my calls, typical response from this dealership and service center! I would never recommend them, I ended up paying Southtown to do a complete inspection and fix any other deficiencies because I have zero confidence in their abilities. More

There was no need to call those other dealerships; Moose found me what I wanted, a Longhorn Ram 3500, for the price of a 2500, and a fair trade in on my car and truck. Lyle and Moose were there for any questions, whenever needed, working hours or not. They even delivered the truck up to Fort McMurray and took my two vehicles down. We'll done Guys. Every dealership offered me a good vehicle and a decent price to buy their car or truck, but what they didnt offer was the level of customer service that i found at Crosstown Dodge by Brad Mcdonald!!!! His service is second to none! I informed Brad that my current vehicle was only 2 years old and worked fine but I was becoming frusrtrated with the level of service that the other dealerships were offering. I explained that I have never owned a Dodge, However quite a few of my associates and freinds had bought one from Crosstown and to see Brad if I was interested. After meeting with Brad I could see what they meant, Service..... real service from people who care!! it made such an impact that even my wife traded in hers(same make as my other vehicle) and bought a new vehicle as well. I now drive a fully loaded Dodge Laramie and I love it! Everytime I walk in the front door, I am greeted, welcomed and then helped with prompt service. The atmosphere at Crosstown is great. Every visit I make is enjoyable because the staff actually care. Furthermore, Brad Mcdonald always inquires hows the truck? the family? anything you need or what can i do? Most importantly Brad follows through. I am very happy that I switched to this dealership, I only regrett not doing it sooner. We had gone to Crosstown to look at sport utilities but after test driving one, Husny had been listening to what my wife and I were saying and got a 1500 with the 3.6L V6 and 8 speed automatic for us to drive. What a truck. We can now afford to drive this as a daily driver and still have the comfort and security of being in a full size truck. When more people realize the capabilities and the economy of this powertrain......lookout. Husny made sure we got the best deal we could and if anybody needs a vehicle, then talk with Husny. More
