They were all patient, accommodating and allowed me to purchase the vehicle at a pace that was comfortable for me. When I needed further information or background documents, Sarah had them to me in an instant. I used dealer rater to choose Crosstown in the first place and the ratings that got me in the door did not disappoint. These folks made it all quite comfortable - not what one usually expects when going to buy a vehicle. Unless something changes drastically in the future, Crosstown will be my "go to" dealership. When my kids and partner need a new set of wheels, I will not hesitate to connect them to Sarah, Husny and TJ. This was one of only two vehicle purchases in my life time that I left with no buyers remorse.
