Dropped my truck of Had the old manager call in because of the frustration I've had getting my truck fixed. Was promised that I would b taken care of. Dropped my truck off many times and nothing was done to it. Brand new truck with 20,000k on it and no one had any interest in helping me get it fixed. I am a very calm and polite person to deal with. Left there so angry I traded my brand new long horn off on a new chevy. Been a dodge guy my whole life and never had these problems. Now it seems no matter where I go they just don't care to help. Russell couldn't seem to care one bit about my problem. $70,000.00 truck and it falls apart after 20,000k and no one seems to care! More

Explained everything about the credit check and all the stuff I didn't know as a brand new buyer. My parents were there too so I wouldn't get jipped and they liked him too!! Wasn't too pushy, found the best payment plan, and got me exactly what I wanted. Such a nice man too and funny. Not one of those suit and tie guys who stalk you immediately upon entering the store. :) thank you Husny!! More

I live in a very remote location and he was on the phone with me constantly, getting info about what I wanted and keeping me updated as to how things were progressing in my search. It only took a week from the time I emailed the dealership about being interested in a new vehicle, to the time I had all the paperwork done and came to pick up my new truck. Danny worked hard and fast to find the truck that I was looking for. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
Expect Nothing and You Will Rarely Be Dissappointed Well I am wondering if this review will ever be posted. I am thinking not but here goes. On May 23rd I received a few phones calls from two different people from Crosstown inquiring as to if I wanted to buy a new truck from them. I explained that I was happy with the vehicles I have but if they wanted to try feel free. I told them my budget and that I had two vehicles but I would trade one or both depending on the financing numbers etc etc. They said they would see what they could do and ended the conversation. I then spoke to Husny in the first week of June and we chatted about my needs and what I was expecting and he went to work looking for a truck within my parameters. On June 13th we were to meet but as I was on my way to meet him he had a personal issue come up and we ended up meeting on the 24th of June. Throughout much of our time spent together he kept calling me Rob and then toward the end of the transaction called me Willy. Willy is a name I haven't heard since childhood but I am rather tolerant so away we went. We talked and he felt he had a truck that would work for me and the preliminary numbers seemed fine so he went to work while I test drove the truck. Financing was approved and I had told him of a friend who had a extremely bad experience with their dealership so I wasn't expecting much. We briefly discussed it then I went to see Lyle in finance. We talked and again I brought up my friends issues and he seemed genuinely surprised. We reviewed the numbers and of course like any other car deal the numbers went up. Still within my budget so I continued the deal. I was unable to pick the truck up that day as it had to be sprayed and coated and detailed so the truck was to be ready on the 17th of June. I arrived to pick the unit up and we were delayed for unknown reasons, finance issues, papers weren't ready etc etc. Still being patient I inspected my new truck to find a grease stain on the drivers seat, scratches to the plastic on the door and seat, and the vehicle dusty inside. Husny called the detailer who removed the stain (I bought the fabric protection thank goodness) and the detailer informed us the truck was detailed and "he can't help it that Lafarge is across the street." "All our cars get dusty." I was a little miffed to say the least and didn't even mention the damage to the paint on the hood that certainly wasn't there previous to the detailing. Husny said when I brought it in for service to let him know and he would have it detailed as they had done a poor job to say the least. I said I did not have any faith in their service department and mentioned my friend again and the issues she had and was still having with her deal. He then took me to the service department to meet the service manager. A rather unprofessional individual to say the least. I took my keys, my new truck and left the dealership knowing I most likely wouldn't return. Just because of the issues with my friends truck. I have always had good service with Southtown Dodge and most likely would take it there. The following week I was advised by the finance company for one of my vehicles the loan had not been paid out so I made an inquiry and was told it would take sometime and have them call the dealership. To which I did. The following week I was advised again the loan hadn't been paid out as of yet. I explained what I knew of the payout and was told it was paid most likely a delay somewhere in the finance department. July 3rd I was advised it hadn't been paid out still and was advised it was couried over to the finance company to which they still have not received payment. Strangely enough TD Finance who held the other loan on the other vehicle I traded in called me today telling me the loan for them was paid out on the 27th of June but because of the delay I owe them 328 dollars in arrears and if I didn't pay it immediately I was going to have a hit on my credit rating. Now I am a little upset as the delay in Crosstown's finance department is now going to cost me close to 600 dollars and I am on vacation and cannot do anything about it until I return. A final text message to Husny indicated to bad so sad for me and it is not their problem. Even though this delay on their part is costing me money and a hit on my credit rating. Overall while they are friendly to deal with who isn't when they want your money. Like I told Husny and Lyle I wasn't expecting great things from them after the sale and they proved me right. Right to the tune of 600 dollars. I was going to come to the parts/service department quote in hand to see if they could beat the quote for some upgrades I am doing to my truck to the tune of 4000 dollars but now not a chance. First and last time they will ever see my smiling face back in their dealership. It very sad even though they knew I was apprehensive about the after the sale issues I had heard about they chose to be true to form and provide nothing after I walked out the door. Again I highly doubt this will be posted or anything will be done by the dealership for their error so I am cutting and pasting this anywhere else I can find a spot to post it. Perhaps I can save someone else from the incompetence and inconvenience such as I am in now. Thanks for nothing Crosstown!!!!!and spoiling my vacation!!!! More

WORST Customer Service Experience I Have Ever Had To start out, my experience wasn't all that bad, they were friendly because obviously I wanted to buy a new truck. Moose was nice and helped me out a To start out, my experience wasn't all that bad, they were friendly because obviously I wanted to buy a new truck. Moose was nice and helped me out a lot, kinda talked me out of some features that I now wish I had but thats sales and I understand. However, once I signed the papers and was heading off to the finance department, thats when it all started to go downhill. First of all, don't ever lease a vehicle from crosstown, since they don't have their own leasing company they have to go through a third party which is apparently the most complicated thing in the world. The wonderful smiling lady in finance (Joy) was helpful for all of about 30 seconds (when they got my deposit), then it turned into the biggest issue ever. They have absolutely zero procedures in place when it comes to leasing and nobody has any clue what is going on. Moose was helpful at first but once he had the sale he brushed me off and seemed to not really care. Joy on the other hand had me in there every other day to sign a different set of papers that she didn't know existed the day before then to top it all off they didn't give me any indication on what I needed to register the car and THEN they gave me the wrong NVIS when I went to the registry (thats another story altogether) so overall it took about 8 trips to the dealership, during work hours before finally someone took their head out of their xxx and decided to help me out. These nice fellows were named Brad and Aaron (i didn't include them in this because I don't want them receiving any low ratings). Once they finally figured everything out for me it was only a couple more trips before everything was settled. So there you have it, the first part of my story (it gets better). Two months later, my truck gets called in for a recall because the software system needs to be updated, free of charge fair enough. Then I get talked into an oil change and tire rotation, which I needed. I leave the truck there all day, my boss drives me to and from the dealer so its fine. NOW, this is why I'm writing this review, which I wasn't going to write because I didn't completely see the need to but this couldn't go untold. When I picked up my car after work I paid for the work got my truck and left (biggest mistake ever). 20 feet down the road as I'm merging onto the highway the computer finally boots up and tell me my tire is half flat. So I pull over, get out and take a look, tires looks pretty flat so I call Crosstown back and talk to the guys who helped me with service and I say I'm bringing the truck back. He agrees and says thats a good idea and they will take a look (spending even more of my life at this deal). Once I get the truck into the bay he points out that there is a nail stuck in my tire and says they can have that fixed up in no time, awesome, thanks man!... but wait..... As he is writing up the work order he says he will ask his boss if they can cover it...ummm well I'm definitely not paying for it so he better be covering it. We get in a small argument since nobody can prove whose fault it is and since "they don't use those nails in the shop, it cant be their fault." hmmmm because you don't have trucks in and out of there all day cleaning them out, washing out debris from the back of them, of COURSE it isn't a nail thats used in the shop but thats not to say it wasn't collected in the shop. So the service attendant goes and asks his boss... "Well since you drove 20 feet down the road we wont cover it because its your fault, but we will make a guy stay late to fix it for you, but you have to pay". Hmm, now I'm mad but I calmly tell the attendant that I don't want to yell at him and can he please direct my yelling to his boss, sure. I go see the infamous Doug and tell him what happened, he basically tells me to get xxxxed so we argue about it for a few more minutes, yelling incurs before finally he is dead set on its my fault and if I wanted it fixed they will do it, but I'm paying for it, so I say "if I'm going to pay for it, I'm not paying you for it". Now I'm livid... but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I calmly ask, "Is this service department run by Chrysler Canada or is it a separate entity?" He replies "Its run by Chrysler Canada", GREAT! I'll be on the phone with Chrysler Canada, I'll be back in a minute with their verdict on my situation. Call Chrysler in the absolute angriest mood, girl on the other end calms me down, agrees with me, says that is absolute xx and that it is definitely not Chrysler's business practice to screw people like this and opens a case for me. As I'm giving her my information and telling her the VIN of the truck, the original attendant runs out and says they will fix it and I'm not to worry and everything will be taken care of. Cool, but the lady on the phone still wanted to make a case of it, which she did. At the end of it I got my tire fixed like I knew I would and I was assured this is a isolated case and Chrysler Canada does not condone this kind of behavior. Its unfortunate that this had to happen because I would never have written this review if it wasn't for Doug. I know they will see this, and I know they will know who it is, and I KNOW that I will NEVER bring my vehicle there for service ever again, nor will I ever buy, or recommend someone to buy from that dealership ever. Like I said, I don't usually ever write reviews but this rant needed to come out. Also, just to clarify, leasing is not Chryslers business model, if you are looking to lease they will convince you to buy because that is what they are supposed to do, buying may be a different story but don't ever lease from Chrysler, especially not from Crosstown. Our most impo We went in to look for a second vehicle yesterday. We had it narrowed down to a minivan and were willing to buy new, lease, or buy used. Our most important factor was price. Adam et us at the door and he took such good care of us. I am convinced he gave us the best possible price. In fact, we appreciated his service so much that we didn't even shop around. We bought a brand new minivan right on the spot. Adam was super kind, understanding of our needs, knowledgeable, and friendly! Following our sales experience, we were so pleased to have Mario for a finance manager. He was also very friendly and kind. He recommended the 5 year coverage and service plan which will meet our needs. We just loved our time with him. Thank you also to the Manager who gave us a little bit extra deal. All in al we are very happy with this dealership. It would be a must-stop if we had to do this all over again! Nathalie and Jeff More
