Finally! I walked in to Crosstown today to simply test drive a 2014 Jeep Patriot. Colin Dzurka approached my father and I first thing, and I was very happy tha I walked in to Crosstown today to simply test drive a 2014 Jeep Patriot. Colin Dzurka approached my father and I first thing, and I was very happy that he did. I found him very honest, straight forward and most importantly not pushy!!! Finally! A dealership that lets you set the pace of owning a vehicle. Colin made an effort to get to know me as well as my lifestyle to ensure that I was looking at the right vehicle. Thank you very much Colin it was a truly EASY experience and I am so excited for my new car! More

Amazing Experance Jennifer Mileham is amazing!!! I had really BAD experience at another dealership the day before, one of my best friends got her to call me & I was a Jennifer Mileham is amazing!!! I had really BAD experience at another dealership the day before, one of my best friends got her to call me & I was a little worried about going to another place or any place at all but Jennifer made that disappear right away!!! She didn't give me the run or around or make promises she could not keep, kept in contact through out the whole experience. Has to be one of the most honest sales people I have met to date!!!! VERY IMPRESSED..... Needless to say I walked away with exactly what I wanted and VERY, VERY happy with over all experience & purchase!!!! Awesome job keep up the great work :) More

Family Feeling!! Dwayne Bubley was awesome!!! He was very helpful, got us what we wanted right away not a bunch of back and fourth. Super nice guy almost made you feel Dwayne Bubley was awesome!!! Warranty Work, Not Impressed Took my 2013 1500 Longhorn into Crosstown to get a map light fixed, as well as the "Touch n Go" door lock button fixed. Parts were ordered beforehand. Took my 2013 1500 Longhorn into Crosstown to get a map light fixed, as well as the "Touch n Go" door lock button fixed. Parts were ordered beforehand. Apparently they brought the wrong map light in, had to order more parts. The door handle was replaced, but did not fix the problem. Kept it overnight, reflashed the computer and called me. Doorhandle lock button still works intermittently, as well as the interior had a nice layer of sand over everything, along with grease smeared into the headliner. I'm not too impressed, needless to say my Longhorn will not be returning to Crosstown. More

New Vehicle Purchase Colin was able to listen what I was looking for. There was no forced application or hand off to finance manager. We spent time discussing what I was looking for (the research was done prior to) instead of telling me what I needed. He found the right vehicle then priced it to fit my budget, within $7 per month. Very little time was wasted with the back and force negotiation, he came back with his best price and it beat every other quote I got. The other thing I liked was the no xx approach. I had a vehicle for trade in and instead of rolling the trade in with the asking price. Colin gave me a firm value for the trade first, then worked on the vehicle price. Made me feel like I was getting full value, unlike other dealers where the trade varied depending on what new vehicle I was looking at. Would recommend Crosstown as your final dealership, after you have quotes from around the city. More

Friendliest Dealership I have ever visited During my first visit to dealership, I didn`t feel uncomfortable at all. We end up spending about 3-4 hours, but two KIDS didn`t get bored and allowed During my first visit to dealership, I didn`t feel uncomfortable at all.
