Great service! While still on the road Chester called to check on us and his partner Tony was the one who entertained us at the store. Tony have been straight forward in explaining everything like paperworks, financing etc which I appreciated because this is my first time vehicle. These guys are very friendly, you're not intimidated in asking questions and gave me a very good deal. Mario (finance) on the other hand was so friendly too though i haven't met him in person, he patiently discussing the paperworks over the phone and everything sorted out well. And lastly the guys who tirelessly drove to deliver my 2015 jeep compass high altitude at my doorstep, Jec & Arnel (i hope i got the names right :D ) are polite and always smiling. When my friends knew about my experience at Crosstown, they'd wanted to purchase a car from there too :D A 3 hour drive from Hinton to Edmonton was indeed worth it! Excellent job guys! Cherryl C. I had purchased my first jeep compass with him and when I received a call to come in to trade my old jeep for a new one I wasn't really in the need of a new vehicle but thought I'd check it out. I made it clear my budget and that the vehicle must have 4 wheel drive ended up leaving with a brand new 2015 jeep compass they stayed in my budget and also have me a fair trade in for my 2012 jeep compass. A couple of days later though I noticed there was no 4wheel drive which was a must for me, I went back the next day and Moose double checked and sure enough it was only a 2wheel drive. He didn't even argue and went straight away to find me another compass with 4wheel I got a call later that day, they ended up moving me into a more expensive compass but still at the same price as the 2wheel. All I can say is you will not regret buying from crosstown they go above and beyond For their customers and make you feel taken care of. They have a customer for life with me!! More

Tremendous service Woke up honestly thinking I was going to buy a Ford. Went to their dealership with my wife and kids ready to drive a F-150 home. After two hours of working the price numbers with the sales agent, and after multiple "consultations" with his manager, we had not moved from MSRP. Immediately left for CrossTown to look at Dodge Rams. Worked with Todd for less than 15 minutes and we had a deal. No "consultations", no sloppy math, we had an honest deal. Couldn't be happier with my experience at CrossTown and with Todd. Those guys know what they're doing and are looking to sell trucks. They're there to take care of you and your family and to help make the experience as pleasant as possible. More
