Easy and understandable. I'd would have to say I was treated very well by the pre-owned staff. Jerry and TJ were big helps and were friendly to deal with. We're willing to answer questions and even helped me with competitor prices that I brought up. When dealing with the service side to get everything done that we agreed they forgot to switch over the tires, no buffing was done. and they only installed just command start no alarm system which was agreed upon. Went back to the dealership serveral times during this sales process. Twice they were not ready for me. Took them 3 weeks to change the tires. Buff the car. Do and oil change and change out the window. The customer service side of everything was great. They treated me very well. Free rentals with no hassels. Answered my every question. More

Great deal, great service, great experience! I was in the market, looking towards buying a new dodge truck. Crosstown was my first stop and only stop. I walked in and met Moose rite away, he help I was in the market, looking towards buying a new dodge truck. Crosstown was my first stop and only stop. I walked in and met Moose rite away, he helped me through the whole process. During it all he was very polite, respectful and professional. Everything went very smooth, they made sure I was satisfied with everything. Overall, I'm very happy with how it all panned out and I definitely recommend Moose to anyone buying a vehicle from Crosstown. We bought our 2010 Ram 1500 four years ago, and then this week we traded it in for a 2014 Ram 1500. Husny was very professional and not too pushy like some salesman. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Jeremy in finance was also very personable and he made feel right at home as we had to wait to locate a vehicle. Overall a great experience and I will recommend to family and friends. More

Great service Randy was great to deal with. I am in a wheelchair and don't drive but I own the vehicle. Unlike most people who keep talking to the driver even when Randy was great to deal with. The service impressed me so much this weekend my girlfriend and I came to Crosstown to get the dream jeep she has always wanted. Not going here anymore! Beware the financial department. We told Jeremy that we were paying cash except for 5 thousand that we would finance at the bank. He said he could get it for us a 3.99%. He had to ge We told Jeremy that we were paying cash except for 5 thousand that we would finance at the bank. He said he could get it for us a 3.99%. He had to get the loan for the full amount 39,550$ plus, to be able to get it at 3.99%. Then the life insurance and the extra warranty were added on the 39,500$ plus. Someone held on to our $30,000 cheque from June 10th to July 2 until we got very agitated. The cheque was back dated to June 26. We still paid interest on the full loan and warranties til then. The warranties' full amount remained the same as we paid off another 4,000$, it didn't decrease. When we tried to pay off the loan it cost us over 550$ to cancel the life insurance. We have now cancelled our extended warranty also. What will that cost? I don't want to deal with Crosstown anymore. Beware, question add-ons, get papers for the life insurance and extended warranties to know what you are getting into before initialing the documents. We didn't know what the warranties covered and still don't. It's all legal but I feel frustrated with the experience and I've paid for my ignorance. Crosstown advertised a free gift with a purchase of a vehicle. We still did not get a free gift with our purchase as the ad promised. Was this the salesman's task? More
