No bs - listened to my needs After a year of salavating over new trucks, (originally gm dispositioned), I decided to say f it I'll try a dodge store. After Comparing prices and customer service, I was determined crosstown was the best. I Went in and was met by Murray. He was very friendly and not pushy. He asked me what I wanted in a truck, and I listed necessities. He showed me a dodge 1500 sport that I didn't even knew existed on their lot that had everything I wanted and nothing that I didn't ( that I would have ended up paying for because it was a cost of manufacturing). The truck was great. He let me take it for the weekend to show my girlfriend. I came back when he wasn't working ready to buy and met his brother justin. I don't know between the two of them who was more understanding/friendlier, but that was irrelevant. I told justin I wanted to see how much this would cost me per month. He said "great, but let me show you the vehicle one more time so you know exactly what your buying" He showed me a few more small features that made me fall in love with the truck even more so I'm pretty sure he knew I was hooked, but he didn't take advantage of me. We worked out a deal that made sense for both parties I'm 26 years old, and have about 60 more years of truck buying in me. These guys will deinately my first stop the next time I need a new truck!!!! More

I am planning to move here in Edmonton (that was last June 1). Since, I don't want to bring back my spare tires due to there are no more extra place (Dodge Journey) during transportation of my staff back here in Edmonton, So with the great help and assistance given by Chester Tiongson and Allan Angeles to talked their boss and explained everything the situation they allowed me to keep and find me a place to store my spare winter tires for 10 days without any charges at all. They are an extension of my family now. My husband and I went into Crosstown to see if we were getting a fair deal from St.Albert Dodge. We were promptly greeted by Mazin Fakhreddine and Ada My husband and I went into Crosstown to see if we were getting a fair deal from St.Albert Dodge. We were promptly greeted by Mazin Fakhreddine and Adam El Najjar. They were very warm and friendly. They were genuine in our entire interaction. So genuine in fact, we ended buying our brand new truck with him. Mazin was absolutely amazing and helpful. He answered all our questions and concerns openly, honestly, and made us feel very confident in him. He is the `aMAZINg`Mazin. We are absolutely thrilled with the attention and respect he gave us. My husband is a very impatient man, and it didn`t faze Mazin at all. He stood up and backed every word he gave us. After Mazin, we then met with Marko Kamal in finance. Once again, a very genuine positive experience with Marko. He had to work to get us what we wanted, but he went above and beyond. He was very attentive to all our needs ad concerns. Marko is on the ``mark``. If you are looking to buy a vehicle and feel as though you aretheir friendéfamily member, these are the men to do it. My husband and I will never deal with another dealer or salesman. Mazin and Marko are our friends and family now. They truly deserve a major pat on the back. Great Salesman, Great Truck, Poor Detailing service I recently bought a ram 1500 sport hemi and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. My salesman Chris Lausch was very knowledgeable and extremely friend I recently bought a ram 1500 sport hemi and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. My salesman Chris Lausch was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We came in Monday morning before sales were open and Chris put down his breakfast to help us out right away. Sadly after all his efforts we had to deal with some lazy detailing and needed to send it back for a proper clean making us wait a few hours. Even the receptionist and financing department was quite helpful and friendly. So all in all would have been a perfect experience other than the truck detailing setting us back a day. More

We walked in with high expectations as my parents are faithful, loyal patrons of Crosstown. We knew when we were ready to look at an SUV this was where we would go, and we DO NOT regret our decision, and can say with confidence that our future vehicle purchases will be made here. Patrick was friendly and personable and easy to talk to right off the bat, and absolutely insured we were comfortable at every turn, and confirmed with us everything we were looking for. Jerry was a huge help as well and both guys were so fun to deal with. What we were anticipating to be a stressful experience ended up being fun and easy and completely positive. We are not exaggerating when we say we left truly feeling like family and we absolutely will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Crosstown. We expected to leave with a base model older Durango and we left with a 2014 citadel. These guys busted their butts all day for us and we don't take that lightly. It was a very long day, but not miserable by any means. We felt very well taken care of and never like we were on our own in this process. Super positive experience and we're looking forward to our next service appt so we can hang out at Crosstown and say hi to these guys!! More
