Worst experience! /fantastic! Problem solved The service and finance departments are excellent. The actual buying experience left such a bad taste that I not sure if I would ever buy a dodge agai The service and finance departments are excellent. The actual buying experience left such a bad taste that I not sure if I would ever buy a dodge again. It took over 3weeks to actually take delivery of my ram. The paperwork was incorrect and the promises made by the salesman for the wait we're not met. When I finally picked up the truck I tried to register it, but found out the vin was not correct and found out I had insured a different truck for over two weeks. I have had this ram truck for two weeks now and am even more disappointed! Crosstown did contact me but all I learned was that I was explained all of the promises were met and I got a good deal. But I am very disappointed with the few options this truck has. Next time I will take photos and do more research on who I am dealing with. To sum things up I will be trading this Truck in on a loaded truck from a different manufacter The management of crosstown contacted me by phone to correct my problem. I can now say that I am a crosstown customer for life! They have exchanged my ram for anoughter one that meets and exceeds my expectations. thank you Crosstown for making car buying fun again More
