Excellent Service So Easy This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own my husband always did those things. I was at the dealership with my daughter looking for a 4x4 Jeep. No one jumped on us as soon as we got there we were able to look around at all the Jeeps that we were interested in and then we approached a salesman when we were ready for information. That was Al Dewan he treated us like he would have wanted his wife and daughter treated. He made sure i was well informed about the vehicle and went through all of the features and computer capabilities that the vehicle has so that I understood them and felt comfortable.He walked us through the facility to make sure I knew where to go for my oil changes and service. This experience was stress free from the moment we got there.I really appreciated all the help and friendly service we received. More

Very patient folks!! My wife and I stopped by Crosstown on a Saturday morning and were greeted by Nick. He took time to listen to what we were looking for and proceeded to put a pile of miles on his sneakers over the next few hours. We left without a solid match but he had a very good idea of what we were looking for (that day anyways). Over the next few days we were in contact with Dave, Adam, Jeremy and then Lyle in finance. All great people and all spent a tremendous amount of time with us ensuring we were completely satisfied. I will say the truck we started looking for and the truck we ultimately purchased ended up being exactly (with the exception of the Cummins upgrade) what we were looking for - more importantly a better match for future plans. For real - these folks spent upwards of 8 hours looking after us and were very patient, pleasant, personable and very professional . We will be back and I look forward to future dealings with their after sales service. More

When I stated I had been purchasing vehicles and making payments for many years and could filter through the jargon, I was treated properly and for that reason they earned my business. Love the environment, a great experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, now will see how the aftermarket warranty service is. In my experience, not so good with any, always great on purchase, Hope the same holds true in the after purchase experience. Looking forward to putting the Jeep name to the test. More
