The worst experience at a car dealer ever. Let me start this review by saying that this has nothing to do with the salesperson. Janine Weiler was very professional and helpful. If she were to go to another dealer, I would not hesitate to deal with her again. This is all about the used sales manager. Things started out fine. The truck I originally went in to see about purchasing couldn't be done. Fine. So I told the salesperson that I wanted something in a 2014. I was finally shown a truck that had everything I wanted in a truck. The financing papers were put in. This was a Saturday. So I waited and waited and waited to hear something about the deal. Finally on the tuesday after the deal was startedi had to go back to the lot because I forgot something in the truck during the test drive. I was told to wait till the next day and I would find out the details. Next day comes and still no call or info, even after I sent the manager(Husny Ismael) a email and 3 phone calls asking about specific details. Finall today(Thursday) I got a call from the salesperson(Janine Weiler) asking me to come down to finish the financing. I still hadn't got the details I wanted so I call the manager again and left another message. Finally I got to talk with him later in the day. I was told that the deal couldn't be done on the original truck but he had found another almost comparable. I asked what year it was and was told it was a 2014. So I said I would come down to look at it. When I got there it turned out to be a 2013. When I asked what happened with the 2014, I was told it had been sold. Not even a phone call to let me know. So when all was said and done I decided it was 't what I wanted. I thanked Janine for all she had done and told her when things were better I would come back and hopefully get what I wanted. I went out the door to go home when Husny came out the door with Janine, shocked that I wasn't going to take the vehicle that he had picked and gotten the financing approved for. So again I explained to him my reason and figured that would be the end of it. Nope we spent 15min out in the rain with him trying and trying to convince me this was the right truck for me and him telling me how hard he had worked on the deal for the last three days. I kept ha I g to repeat to him how I had said right up front that I wanted a 2014, not a 2013,how if he had told me on the phone the right year of the truck I would have told him no then. I told him that when things were better with my credit I would be back to look again. Then he got personal, saying how my credit wasn't going to be any better and how I wouldn't get the unbelieveable interest rate that he had gotten for me by working so hard for the last three days. Around and around we went with him saying the same things and me constantly repeating why I didn't want the truck he thought I should take. Yet through it all he would repeat how it's the. Customers decision and it's up to me, which would quickly be followed up by the personal insults about my credit and all the hard work that was done and how I wasn't being thankful for everything they had done. I finally just reminded him that that was his job, that's what they did to try and sell vehicles. I repeat one last time why I wasn't taking the truck and left. So I guess the moral of my tale is make sure you take whatever vehicle they figure you need cause if you don't you'll regret it. More

When you arrive at the dealership the staff is very friendly. When purchasing my vehicle my sales rep. was "The Moose". I can not express into words the comfort in dealing with him, he listened to my needs and got me the vehicle that I wanted.He is happy, very patient and the comfort in dealing with Moose is awesome. The whole buying experience from dealing also with Moose to Husny and then to Brittany was exceptional, they bent over backwards to make the buying experience a positive one. I was at this dealership 3 times in 3 days and not once was I pushed aside by these people. Thank you, I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!! More

There were a few negatives none of which reflect the dealership or the staff but rather the finance company used to fund my loan. Candace is by far the best finance personnel I have ever dealt with. She went to bat for me and did not take no for an answer! One of the kindest people I know and I am fortunate to have made a new friend in her because of this process. I owe her and Darrin for making this happen. In reality I made a whole group of new friends. My salesman Dylan was a champ! Nice hat buddy ;) He found me vehicle after vehicle to try to find me something I liked and something that the bank liked. TJ, Husny, Bob; all you guys had a hand in this and I couldn't be more pleased! From putting me up in a hotel for the night to making sure I had 35 fresh cups of coffee to consume, you guys made what could have been a really frustrating situation into a very positive and enjoyable one. Then the fun started, I had to give in on my first color, then interior became a problem. Every time I turned around more was coming out of my pocket. It wasn't till the end when I said enough is enough and started to ask them move instead of me. Dave moved some, he said he didn't make profit but we all know that is not true. So after I changed the color of my Jeep, changed the interior of the vehicle, I am satisfied with what I have. Not happy the way the higher guys treated me. If it wasn't for Janine I would have walked after the third day. i was ready to go to another dealer and ordered exactly what I wanted. Again the jeep is nice, don't like how it came about.
