Extremely helpful, and I feel they went above and beyond. Had no real intentions of really buying a truck at the time we visited, but was definately in the "lets look around" stage. We had bought a used Journey here before and had a very easy and stress free visit here last time. When we arrived we were greeted and shown around to some trucks that met our criteria, as well as some that pushed had some options we hadn't thought of. I found one that I really liked but was not sure if I wanted to make the leap into it at the moment. They told me to take it home for the weekend and enjoy it and see what I thought. Loved the truck and we came back to purchase the next day, and while we were waiting they even offered us lunch. Financing I feel did everything they could to find us the best deal, made it stress free, and even went so far as to call me back after I signed the first set of papers when they found that they could get us a better deal on some upgrades. Very happy with the whole process. More

Both times the young women in these roles are excellent customer service reps and know their jobs so well. They stay cool calm and smile even though they are extremely busy.. Oil Change with a Smile I came in for an oil change on Friday and had the pleasure of dealing with Daxton. I was told it would be 10 minutes before my car was pulled in. It w I came in for an oil change on Friday and had the pleasure of dealing with Daxton. I was told it would be 10 minutes before my car was pulled in. It was about 10 min. exactly. I was then greeted by Daxton, who was very personable and made my experience very enjoyable. I was quoted 35 minutes for the oil change. When I returned to the oil change bay 30 min. later, my Jeep was done and Daxton had my paperwork ready to go. It is so nice to have all of your expectations met and to be treated with respect.
