Fast efficient and super cool! I was t-boned before Christmas and was in a rental until Jan 2 when I was given 5 days to shop for a new vehicle. I was short on time, dealing with insurance and carrying negative equity. I was stressed out and needed wheels asap. I walked into Crosstown on a Monday and left with my new truck Tuesday. Robbie and Moose went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my truck and Lyle worked his number magic. I got excellent service and not once did I feel like I was just another sale. I'm loving my 1500 and I have the guys at Crosstown to thank! More

Not impressed overall I bought a new car a few months ago and have not been impressed with crosstown autos service center. I had remote start installed and it was $600 for I bought a new car a few months ago and have not been impressed with crosstown autos service center. I had remote start installed and it was $600 for what seems to not be that great. The heated seats are in now getting looked at because they stopped working. My boyfriend and I were not impressed at the heating capabilities of the car and had it in to get checked. The service guy told me to turn the Heat up and it would be hotter. Oh thanks! Not. It just seems to take longer than it should and each time to go in things seems to be unorganized and more of a hassle than I expect. Not a hassle free experience in my opinion. More

Drove away the same day! Dwayne really knew what I needed to do to get the vehicle I was after and we were in an out in just a few hours. Lied to me then never returned my calls I went in and and traded off my vehicle which was fine. Then TJ and Shaun told me that I would be getting cash back and another payment, which I was v I went in and and traded off my vehicle which was fine. Then TJ and Shaun told me that I would be getting cash back and another payment, which I was very happy with. I needed to go home and Shaun emailed me some forms to sign so I can get one of my payments. This was still fine I got the forms and signed them and sent them back. I then waited a few weeks and didn't hear anything so I called them and was never able to get ahold of them. I left numerous messages and the calls were not returned. When I finally reached them they told me they would get back to me and they didn't so I called some more and finally talked to them. I was told this was not worked into my deal eventhough TJ remembers telling me that I would be getting cash back. So they said they would call me back and they would figure it out. I haven't heard back from them. It wouldn't bother me if they wouldn't have told me I would be getting cash back but to tell me one thing and then take it back well that's just wrong. I understand you guys are probably very busy but never returning my calls, seriously that's xx More
