Parts department excellent, service department needs better communication between advisors, mechanics & customers! They need to LISTEN to customers instead of ignoring what is being said. 3 times I took better communication between advisors, mechanics & customers! They need to LISTEN to customers instead of ignoring what is being said. 3 times I took my jeep in for new key fobs, they wasted my time! Had problems with key fobs working off and on for a few months, they assumed it was because batteries were placed wrong. It takes 1/2 hour to program them but had jeep entire day, then didn’t replace them. 2nd time waiting 3 1/2 hours but hey, they threw in a free wash! 3rd time jeeps alarm kept going off cause new fobs still were not programmed right. But they charged me 2 times for labor! Not happy at all! Gave Angela 5 stars as she was my second service adviser dealing with this, drove my jeep right to mechanic herself & didn’t leave until we were sure simple key fobs were working! More
When I arrived at the quick lube door, I was greeted immediately by the friendly staff. I also spoke to Jaden about my concerns with my headlights. He quickly checked out my concerns and found that I actually had no working headlights. I was very thankful. He walked me over to the parts counter and advocated for me to purchase the right bulbs that I needed. The team in Lube worked so well together. Its not often that you recieve top notch customer service these days, but I must say these group of men worked very well as a team. BIG thumbs up!!! I would definately go there again and if anyone wants to be treated with respect and honesty I would take your service there More
Buyers are herby warned to double check their transactions to make sure extra $$ have not secretly been added to the purchase price. My recent purchase $200 + GST was secretly added for an Etchin transactions to make sure extra $$ have not secretly been added to the purchase price. My recent purchase $200 + GST was secretly added for an Etching Fee that I never requested, nor was etching included on my vehicle. There was no mention of the Etching fee by the Salesman, or the Business/Financial Advisor. Subsequent Emails of my complaint to the General Sales Manager and the dealer Principal remain unanswered. Next step, AB consumer affairs. This is not right! Crosstown Chrysler is not a reputable Dealer! Buyers Beware! More
I am very disappointed with Crosstown Dodge. They will not clean a new vehicle before delivery. Took my $$ for undercoating and rust abatement, booked the apointment on a long weekend without telling me not clean a new vehicle before delivery.
