I walked in, was greeted immediately and had a conversation where I explained my fear about bad stories I heard about high pressure sales etc. Moose made it very simple. I said what I wanted he made it happen and shortly I said good bye to my trade in car was off with my new Jeep same day. Jerry explained all my vehicle options and set up my navigation system for me, really appreciated that and also Lyle did up my paperwork very efficiently. Thanks guys for making my experience so nice and I have to say every staff member and customer I saw had a smile on their face :) More

Over Charge for Repairs I brought my Dodge Neon in to these guys for a wheel alignment and these guys charge way way to much. I already knew that I needed a wheel alignment I brought my Dodge Neon in to these guys for a wheel alignment and these guys charge way way to much. I already knew that I needed a wheel alignment so I brought my car in and was charged a diagnostic fee for a wheel alignment. They also charged me an hour labor to install camber bolts. All together I was billed for three hours to do a one hour book time job. When I arrived to pick up my car, I asked them "Where is my car parked?" They responded and pointed "It is outside in the parking lot". What a joke. My total repair bill came out to just over $700 for a wheel alignment and oil change. I will never go to Crosstown Dodge ever again and I don't recommend this place to my friends. More

say no to crosstown save yourself the hassle I have bought 5 trucks now and dealing with crosstown has been the worst experience ever all the way from the salesman (mazin) finance (shaun) manager I have bought 5 trucks now and dealing with crosstown has been the worst experience ever all the way from the salesman (mazin) finance (shaun) manager (tj) and i thought the main man ( robbie gordash) was alright but been waiting on his call 3 weeks and have called 4 times being told xxxx call back never has now here it is end of February had my truck 2 months and still get the run around they lie to you and make you feel like they are doing something for you when really in the long run your getting ripped off and fed broken promises customer service is for the customer not for the salesman to feed you a bunch of broken promises to steal your money I have had no responses from text messages either just around to the point I give up I'll go buy the missing piece from my truck and continue to let everyone know how bad of an experience the people at crosstown have made this for me More
a very bad experience I bought last year in this dealership a Toyota RAV4-2013, since that time I have been there 2 times for regular maintenance. In one of these times one of the rear tire was repaired because of a nail. The hubcap (wheel cover) was not tied properly and one day driven on Anthony Henday Drive, it was let go and lost. Jennifer Mileham listened to what my needs were, and to what my wants were. I never felt compromised at all during the sale. Even in the after sales when the was a discrepancy on the dealers part, Jennifer clarified and solved the problem with satisfactory results. Since my 3500 dually purchase is 2012, I have recommended and helped friends get some wicked deals through Crosstown. In 2014 I purchased a Dodge Durango Citadel, and Jennifer and Leah did everything right. I will be visiting the sales department again. - Not so sure about the body shop, in fact I probably wont visit there- but definatley the sales department - real service - real time. More
